M.K. (Kathy) McDaniel is the Author of the memoir, MISFIT IN HELL TO HEAVEN EXPAT. While dying from lung failure in 1999, she was placed on a ventilator and into a drug-induced coma. A Disturbing Near-Death Experience occurred and, although mostly traumatic, the overwhelming bliss of Heaven she also experienced shifted her religious beliefs to a deep spirituality. Kathy credits the members of IANDS (International Assn. for Near-Death Studies) for her eventual integration of the Distressing NDE, and the ability to accept the sacred mission that caused her reluctant return to Earth. She now shares her experience, and its messages, as a guest on various media, and via her memoir, MISFIT IN HELL TO HEAVEN EXPAT.

Hello and welcome to our podcast, The Other Side NDE, where we talk about the fascinating phenomena of near-death experiences.
In today's episode, we're hearing from a woman who was gifted as a child, Cynthia Greer. That knowing is so powerful and most definitely would be a solid rock of faith for her recovery journey.
However, moving into a house that was haunted that gifts didn't really feel like a good one. Frightened by that experience, she closed herself off from her gifts until later in life when she became interested in spirituality. A shared death experience with her family doctor sparked a deeper curiosity. But it wasn't until she had her own near-death experience, that she made a solid effort to rediscover her spiritual gifts.
