Kessell is the alter ego of Valentin Corujo, half of the Exium duo and Polegroup member, this is his solo project where he explores the most liquid of his sonic palette. Granulart Recordings is his new label, physical/digital label focused on the deepest side of techno with dub, classic Detroit sound and 90´s techno influences, designed both to release his own stuff as well as music from artists that fit the philosophy of the label. A label where precision and musicality occur hand in hand with the intention of creating timeless pieces, outside the passage of time, sounds you can enjoy as a delicatessen over the years.

#SlamRadio - 362 - Janein
5 september 2019 · 1 uur
During his time as a DJ and Producer, JANEIN's musical career has been akin to the flight of a spaceship. While not without it’s obstacles, the young german artist has been running on full gear unintimidated and has henceforth left big marks on the techno scene like BASSIANI, Distillery, Institut Fuer Zukunft, Blitz Club Munich, ://about blank, TRESOR and Säule at Berghain to name a few.
Be it by running the Vinyl only SEELEN. imprint, dismantling one of the stops on his quickly growing tour-schedule or delivering relentless, trance-tinged techno cuts with a clear nod to pulpy 80’s science fiction. His selection in one of his DJ-sets also shows a particular sensibility to what makes Rave culture, with a unique take on techno spanning modern chugger’s to old school EBM anthems. Lees meerJANEIN

#SlamRadio - 361 - New Frames
29 augustus 2019 · 1 uur 5 min
New Frames, but well-known names: Mathis Mootz aka The Panacea (of DnB fame) teams up with fellow Berlin resident David Frisch on their latest endeavor, obviously inspired by the thriving techno culture of the German metropolis. Both historiographic account of rave culture and very much a production of its time, the duos DJ-and Live-sets are as versatile as they are intense. From Dark Industrial Techno to Breakbeats to Neo-Schranz and Post-Gabber, all combined in absolutely flawless production (which is not much of a surprise considering the people behind the music) that bears enough ammunition for dancefloors the world over. Lenske regular Farrago emerges as part of a new generation of techno. Lees meer
Through consistent, high rated releases, the man quickly made a name for himself and continues to do on each occasion. His work would be best described as - in the words of Hardwax - boomy, dreamy and highly effective.
As a DJ, the Belgian embraces his heimat’s rich cultural history and as a consequence, he is known to be an eclectic selector. Techno in the widest sense of the word, all-inclusive without restrictions to BPM.
Before long this attitude created a reputation which deemed desirable and was followed by an ongoing string of successes: appearances at some of the most favoured clubs and festivals around the world such as Fabric London, Fuse Brussels, Dour Festival, Gare Porto, Kompass Klub in Ghent, Aquasella Festival, Terminal 7 in Paris, Monasterio in Moscow, Fabrik Madrid, Spazio Novecento in Rome, Mixed Munich Arts and Extrema Festival.

#SlamRadio - 354 - Airod
11 juli 2019 · 55 min
Hailing from Paris, Dario Brkic aka AIROD is perhaps one of the finest incarnations of what the French techno scene can bring to the table when it comes to turning any cold-walled warehouse into a proper coal-fired furnace. Since he broke through on an international level in 2018 with his debut solo 12" on Molekül, drawing instant support from the likes of Dasha Rush, Blawan, Randomer, Kobosil, to name but a few, AIROD's kept forging his own strain of techno, both dark and muscular, blustery and tirelessly corrosive. A shared bill with French techno ace Amelie Lens at REX Club would soon seal Dario’s fate, prompting Lens to get him on board her highly reputed Exhale parties across the Globe, of which he’s since become a mainstay. #SlamRadio - 353 - Evigt Mörker
4 juli 2019 · 1 uur 32 min
Surrounded by dense forest landscapes and a family with a keen interest in music, Evigt Mörker started making music in 1996. After dabbling in rock and punk bands it was electronic music that changed his perception of music forever. Always searching for sounds with enigmatic and hypnotic qualities an encounter with the thriving Swedish techno scene in the late 90s laid ground for his musical compositions to come. In 2013 he started his eponymous label on which he has released three highly sought after EP’s, and has worked closely with labels such as Northern Electronics and Semantica. His music has been described as having a strong connection with the tradition of Swedish melancholy but never without the sense of salvation lurking in the shadows. Lees meer

James Clements is the mind behind the production alias, ASC. Growing up in different areas of England, on a steady diet of Motown, Techno & the blossoming UK Hardcore scene, his productions manage to encompass such a wide range of these influences. Starting out DJ’ing with a bunch of like- minded friends on pirate radio stations while still in school, ASC soon found himself getting interested in how the tracks he was playing were made.
