What if the stress you're trying to eliminate is actually what your body needs to become stronger? Lees meer

Despite focusing on nutrition, hormones, and exercise, I still struggled with stress, mental clarity, and feeling constantly stuck in fight-or-flight mode.

That's why I was excited to sit down with Salim Najjar.

Salim is a former CEO and human performance educator who specializes in heart rate variability (HRV), nervous system health, and stress resilience.

During our conversation, we explored why chronic stress may contribute to inflammation and unhealthy aging, what HRV can reveal about your body's ability to recover, and why constantly trying to eliminate stress might not be the answer.

We also discussed how everyday habits like checking your phone first thing in the morning, drinking caffeine, poor sleep, and overtraining can affect your nervous system. Salim shared his perspective on unresolved emotional trauma, mental health medications, wearable health trackers, and how elite athletes like Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan developed the ability to perform under pressure.

I hope this conversation helps you rethink your relationship with stress, better understand your nervous system, and find ways to improve both your physical and mental well-being.

Enjoy the episode, God bless, and I'll see you in the next one!

  3. Episode #176: How to Pray: God Already Knows What You're Hiding! - Dylan Gemelli

    29 oktober 2026 · 23 min

    Afspelen
I've spent a good part of my life trying to figure everything out on my own. Whenever I faced a problem, I believed I could find the solution myself. I thought I had all the answers, and for a long time, I gave myself all the credit. Lees meer

But through my relationship with God, I've come to realize just how wrong I was.

One of the most important things I've learned is that prayer doesn't have to be complicated. You don't need to know the perfect words, follow some elaborate routine, or have an answer to every question. You just need to do is sit down, put everything else aside, and have an honest conversation with God.

And perhaps even more importantly, learn to listen.

That's what I wanted to share with you in this episode. Not just how to pray, but how prayer has changed the way I deal with stress, make decisions, approach difficult situations, and understand what truly matters in life.

In this episode, I talk about:

    ■ Why prayer is much simpler than most people think

    ■ The importance of listening to God instead of constantly asking for things

    ■ How ego can prevent us from recognizing God's guidance

    ■ Why unanswered prayers might actually be a blessing

    ■ How prayer has helped me find peace

    ■ Why I believe we should pray for wisdom, patience, compassion, and other virtues

    ■ How God can guide us through the people closest to us

I also want to make something clear. I'm far from perfect, and I still have days when I get frustrated, complain, worry, and struggle to let go of things I can't control. But that's exactly why prayer has become such an important part of my life.

I don't have everything figured out, and I no longer believe I'm supposed to.

My hope is that this episode encourages you to spend more time with God, speak honestly about what's on your heart, and learn to trust Him even when things don't go the way you planned.

Enjoy the episode, God bless, and I'll see you in the next one!

  4. EPISODE #175 ROUNDTABLE SPECIAL: 20% of People Have an Organ Aging Faster Than It Should! - Featuring Dr. Josh Axe and Dr. Will Cole

This is also my very first special roundtable interview! I could not have had two better than Dr. Josh Axe and Dr. Will Cole as my first guests! These roundtables are a gathering of the most brilliant and impactful minds, coming together to offer deep thoughts and insights of the most discussed aspects of health, wellness and faith! These roundtables will be continuing as special episodes each month to continue to do God's work in bringing as many of us together to make the biggest impact possible!! ENJOY!!

For years, I thought that if I ate right, trained hard, stayed disciplined, and took care of my body, I was doing everything I needed to stay healthy.

But I've learned that being healthy on the outside doesn't always mean everything is healthy on the inside.

My father passed away from a heart attack at just 59 years old. And despite everything I've done to take care of myself, I recently discovered that I have elevated Lp(a) levels and plaque in my arteries.

    That was a wake-up call.

It made me realize just how much can be happening inside our bodies without us ever knowing it.

That's why this conversation with Dr. Josh Axe and Dr. Will Cole was so important to me.

Dr. Josh Axe and Dr. Will Cole are leading voices in functional medicine, bestselling authors, and longtime advocates for looking beyond symptoms to understand the underlying factors affecting our health.

Together, they've written Heal Your Cells, a book exploring how cellular health, inflammation, metabolism, and lifestyle may influence chronic disease and the aging process.

We talked about how our organs can age faster than our bodies, the hidden risks of heart disease, and how stress and trauma affect our health.

One of the most meaningful parts for me was discussing faith and how true health goes beyond the physical. It's about caring for our minds, bodies, and our relationship with God.

    And it made me wonder:

What if the biggest threats to our heal…

  5. Episode #174: 7 Signs You’re Being Manipulated (watch out for these signs!) - Dylan Gemelli

Over the years, I've had the privilege of learning from some incredible doctors, experts, and people from all walks of life. And through my work, my podcast, and the thousands of conversations I've had, I've started noticing something that genuinely concerns me. Lees meer

People don't know who to trust anymore.

There's so much conflicting information out there, especially when it comes to health, nutrition, supplements, and the advice we see on social media. Everyone seems to have an answer, everyone claims to be an expert, and too many people are more interested in selling you something than actually helping you.

But something I've learned over the years, including through my own mistakes, is that being knowledgeable doesn't mean having all the answers. I've had to learn to admit when I'm wrong, question my own beliefs, and understand that what works for one person might not work for another.

That's why I wanted to dedicate this episode to something I believe everyone needs to understand: how to recognize someone you shouldn't trust.

In this episode, I talk about:

    ■ The biggest red flags to look for when deciding who to trust

    ■ Why some people get angry when you question their advice

    ■ How influencers and affiliate marketing contribute to health misinformation

    ■ Why you don't need every supplement or the latest health trend

    ■ The dangers of fear-based health advice and trying to live a perfectly healthy life

    ■ The importance of humility, accountability, and thinking for yourself

My goal isn't to tell you that I'm always right or that you should only listen to me. It's actually the opposite.

I want you to ask more questions, challenge what you're being told, and learn to recognize the difference between people who genuinely want to help you and those who have other intentions. Enjoy the episode, God bless, and I'll see you in the next one!

I've spent years learning about health, longevity, supplements, and ways to optimize the human body. Lees meer

And one thing I've learned is that there's always something new to discover. But there's also a lot of misinformation out there, especially when it comes to supplements and products promising to improve our health.

That's why I believe it's so important to understand the science behind what we're putting into our bodies, rather than simply trusting what's written on a label.

And that's what made this conversation with my good friend Chris Burres so interesting.

Chris is a carbon nanomaterial scientist, entrepreneur, author of Live Longer and Better, and co-founder of MyVitalC. His company has been manufacturing C60, a molecule whose discovery contributed to a Nobel Prize in Chemistry, since 1991.

During our conversation, Chris walked me through the history of this molecule, the science behind its potential benefits, and why he believes it could play a role in supporting energy, sleep, recovery, and healthy aging.

We also got into something that I think deserves much more attention: how little most people actually know about the supplements they're taking, how those products are manufactured, and whether they contain what the label claims.

I hope this conversation encourages you to ask more questions, do your own research, and make better-informed decisions about your health.

  7. Episode #172: I've Had 25 Root Canals… Should I Be Worried? - Featuring Dr. Dominik Nischwitz

But one thing I never paid nearly enough attention to was my mouth.

I've had around 25 root canals and plenty of dental work over the years. And despite everything I've learned about health, I never really stopped to question how all of that might be affecting the rest of my body.

That's one of the reasons I've been looking forward to this conversation for almost eight months.

Dr. Dominik Nischwitz, better known as Dr. Dome, is a world-renowned biological dentist, author of It's All in Your Mouth, and founder of BioDentistry 3.0. He's dedicated his career to connecting dentistry with functional medicine, healing, and longevity.

What fascinated me most wasn't just his knowledge of dentistry. It was his approach to health and his willingness to question things most people simply accept. We discussed root canals, metal fillings, ceramic implants, and why he believes oral health plays a much bigger role in our overall health than most people realize.

But beyond dentistry, we connected over our personal struggles, learning to slow down, taking responsibility for our past, and putting our egos aside to help others.

And after everything we discussed, I started looking at my own health, especially my dental health, a little differently.

In This Episode, We Talk About:

    ■ Why Dr. Dome believes oral health is the missing link in longevity

    ■ How root canals and previous dental work may affect overall health

    ■ The potential problems with metal fillings and titanium implants

    ■ The connection between oral health, inflammation, and the gut microbiome

    ■ Why a healthy-looking smile doesn't always mean a healthy mouth

    ■ What Dr. Dome would do about my 25 root canals

    ■ Why he believes conventional dentistry needs to evolve

    ■ His personal struggles with depression, burnout, and overworking

    ■ Why taking responsibility is essential for personal growth

There are some things powerful systems would rather you never question and THIS behind-the-scenes conversation gets into exactly WHY. Lees meer

This is not a traditional interview. It’s a conversation between two men who have both made serious money, lost years of their lives to prison, rebuilt themselves, and learned some of their hardest lessons through experience.

Dylan and Kevin get into money, prison, success, medicine, mindset, credibility, failure, faith and the uncomfortable truths most people would rather avoid.

Because money is not about chasing shortcuts.

Success is shaped by your environment more than motivation.

Failure gets worse when you keep making excuses.

Credentials mean less than real-world performance.

Prison can either break you or force you to take accountability.

Medicine should make you question incentives and authority.

Mindset is shaped by the way you speak to yourself.

Wealth means very little if chasing it makes you miserable.

And because one of self-help’s biggest promises “you can have anything you want”, might be complete bullshit.

Kevin Trudeau is a bestselling author, entrepreneur and personal-development figure best known for books including Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You to Know About. His career has included massive commercial success, major controversy and years spent in federal prison. Today, he speaks about success, wealth, mindset and the lessons he says came from decades of experience at both extremes.
