Along this journey, I have discovered what self-love and empathy truly mean, especially after realizing how disillusioned I had been about what love and safety were supposed to look like. I share how I witnessed firsthand that everything truly happens for a reason, and how every mistake, heartbreak, and trial has been a lesson in strength and alignment. Through this process, I have learned that pain can be one of our greatest teachers. It brought me closer not only to myself, but to spirit.
