Kat hears the voicemail and freaks out, so she runs to the pond. She tells Elliot he can’t come, then jumps in. Elliot sees a jacket on the ground and suddenly gets a call from Vic Augustine—his dad.

Speaking of Vic Augustine, Alice comes out of the pond and runs to the farm. It’s clear she’s not in her own time. She hears an older boy yelling at a younger boy, who’s running around with a guitar. The older boy calls him Vic Augustine and says the guitar belongs to Colt! They spot Alice and call her over. The older boy, Rick, introduces himself and invites her to join them on their way to Coyes—they’re planning to give the guitar to Rick’s best buddy, Colt.

Kat shows up just after they drive off, and Vic is mean to her. She’s like, “Yeah, that tracks.”

In the present day, Vic ends up showing up at Elliot’s house and tells him he’s staying there.

Back in 1974, they arrive at Coyes, and Alice meets 1974 Evalyn, who is Rick’s good friend. Then Colton walks in, and Alice is like, hubba hubba—until she remembers he’s her grandpa. (I mean, I don’t know if that’s exactly what she was thinking, but that’s how it seemed to me.) Evalyn invites Alice to a party, and she really wants to go. Just then, Kat shows up and tells Alice they’re going back home, but Alice insists she wants to stay, get to know Colton, and have some fun before her life gets serious in September. Surprisingly, Kat agrees but tells her to get home safe. Wild.

Meanwhile, Jacob goes to the cemetery to talk to his 1800s family. He sees his own tombstone, which he shares with his dad, and has a flashback of his dad talking about how amazing their ancestors were. Del shows up, and Jacob finally tells her the truth about why he’s there. It makes her sad.

Kat watches as Alice hangs out with Colton and their friends, even singing together.

1974 Del eventually shows up—she’s new in town. Jacob finally gathers the courage to talk to her, and he mentions how much he hates disco…

Cut to Emma, who is waiting for a match she met on an app. He doesn’t show up. Instead, her dad, Ian, calls and tells her there’s a big problem and that he’s in great danger. However, the phone call keeps breaking up. She tries to reach him again but can’t, so she decides to tag along with a research team heading to Antarctica.

Emma hops on a plane to get to a ship bound for Antarctica. The only problem? She doesn’t have a permit to enter Antarctica, which is apparently required by law. She decides her best course of action is to steal a briefcase from the research team. She’s stopped by a guy named Andy, who’s like, Umm, who are you? Emma lies and says, I have the magnetometer. Andy buys it and says, Well then, we need to get you on board!

Emma sneaks into the janitor’s room, thinking it’ll be fine, but after realizing it’s a 10-day journey, she decides to grab some food while avoiding the woman who told her she couldn’t come. Andy catches her and takes her to the research room to assemble the magnetometer. Realizing she can’t keep up the lie, she finally tells him the truth. The episode kicks off back in the shop, and Christmas is in full swing. Emily hears some Christmas carolers. She goes out and is kind of enjoying herself... kind of. The lead singer, Debby, is making some choices. Then, suddenly, a giant sleigh falls on her! She's not dead, and apparently, she's not even injured.

Cut to Emily waking up once again from a crazy dream of her past life. She grabs some coffee and opens a briefcase. She looks at a picture of what we assume is her family from a past life. She grabs a USB drive that will shield her identity while she does some searching. She's trying to track down someone known as "Ky-Mer-a."

Back at the store, Emily is greeted by Brooke Carmichael, who is part of the choir—the Belles. She wants to put up a flyer for their concert and tells Emily that some of the Belles think something is afoot because this isn’t the first "accident" that has happened to them, including the death of a member, Clara, who was killed in a hit-and-run.

So, Emily goes to check out the sleigh, which Sam is also looking at. He suspects something nefarious happened with the sleigh because of the way it's built.
She decides the best course of action is to audition to join the Belles so she can keep an eye on them. She'll rely on Violet, Sam’s daughter, to lock up the store at night. I'm sure nothing will go wrong. After practice, she talks to a guy named Lance, who is bummed about Clara because she was the key to their success. He insists that other members were jealous of her.

She sees Clara's husband leaving the diner, so she goes to talk to him. He says he knows for a fact that Clara was murdered by the Belles.

At the next practice, Debby begins gasping for air, and her epipen isn’t in her purse, which she just complained had been moved. She ends up surviving AGAIN!

Sam pulls Emily aside and asks for her help. He wants her to keep an eye on Debby. Emily says, "But Debby has almost died twice." Sam replies, "…

The episode kicks off with Emily Lane waking up from a nightmare. She runs a Christmas shop, Under the Mistletoe, in the small town of Fletcher’s Grove. She brings her cat to see her friend, local vet June, and learns that her ex-husband, Marcus, proposed to June again. Part deux, if you will. June and Marcus go on a romantic carriage ride, but Marcus is acting strange and says he’s just working on a surprise. Later, we see him meeting a man named Gordon and telling him he’s done what he can for him and to just be patient. Gordon does not seem pleased.

The next day, the police show up at Under the Mistletoe. A detective informs Emily that a man named Marcus is dead and that a cookie wrapper from her store was found at the crime scene. He insists on taking all the cookies from the shop. June shows up and fills Emily in—Marcus was found dead. She suspects his ex-girlfriend, Lizzie Cline, who he was seeing until shortly before getting back together with June, might have been on the wagon ride that night.

Emily immediately gets to work, tracking down Lizzie at her job and asking hard-hitting questions—like, “Wagons?!” Speaking of wagons, Emily visits the owner of the wagon rides, Gordon. Something seems to be bothering him, and Emily suspects it’s a hangover.

Later, Emily heads into the woods and finds scuff marks on a tree, almost as if someone recently climbed it. Sneaky as ever, Emily snaps a picture of the list of everyone who was on the wagon that night. There’s one person she can’t track down—a man named Joey.

While Emily and June are at the diner, June gets arrested. Emily confronts Detective Sam, who refuses to confirm or deny whether they found the poison that killed Marcus in June’s house, but his terrible poker face says it all.

Emily discovers that Marcus denied Gordon a bank loan, leaving Gordon’s business in serious trouble. When Emily breaks into Marcus’s home, she finds a USB drive and a bookmark tucked into a pregnan…

Rebecca and Matt’s mission is to find out who is doing the random acts of kindness on Christmas Eve.

Back in 1981, it becomes clear that John has been offered a big job that would take them to Michigan, and John is very concerned about leaving their home. Lizzie has her own secret—she’s pregnant and hasn’t told John. The word finally comes out that she’s pregnant, and he decides in that moment not to take the job and to stay there.

It’s time for Tommy Saunders to show up, and he makes them kiss on air, which they both really like—but it isn’t something David was planning on. So she ends up going on TV in the next segment and telling the truth. Then, they end up kissing after the crew leaves.

Lizzie finds out about the job and tells John that he has to take it.

So it's 1998, and Regina is by herself, desperate for her kids to come visit. Luckily, her friend comes by just in time to see the sink explode, so she calls a handyman.
In 1960, Eli and Penny are getting ready for Christmas. Eli is very stressed because his dad is staying with them, and he's less than thrilled, though he freaking looks great. Eli is the author of a bestselling book, but his dad is not impressed. Eli's son just wants him to help finish the time capsule.
Then in 2015, Jessie is helping her sister plan her big Christmas wedding. Beth is getting nervous, though, and it keeps getting worse. Her fiancé calls and says the business that was handling everything just went out of business. But Jessie is confident: "We can definitely do this!" Then the bad news keeps coming. Jessie's ex-boyfriend Tim is the officiant, and the wedding is going to take place in her backyard.
So Regina's whole thing is that the handyman shows up and just kind of sticks around. It's Nelson, her future husband, but for now he's just the handyman who is sticking around. However, he doesn't know anything about pipes, which is a problem.
Eli and his son are working on the time capsule, but Eli's dad is very grumpy about it.
And Jessie and Tim just kind of have to keep being around each other.
Ultimately, everything works out. Eli and his dad have a heart-to-heart, and they finish the capsule and bury it in a titanium box.
That box is what led to the tree root hitting the pipe that burst in 1998. They end up finding the box and open it up and yay for them.
And Jessie and Tim had their one and only date locked in the school gym in 1998. In 2015, they finally make up, and the wedding is great. They end up kissing, and everyone has a happy ending.

Abby decides she just wants to leave LA, so she quickly books a room at a resort. But there’s a mix-up with the booking... the mix-up being that Abby booked the wrong year. The concierge suggests a B&B nearby that has one room available.

So, she shows up and it’s immediately not what she was expecting. The guy running the B&B, Nick, is very awkward because he recognizes her. He explains that his late wife was a huge fan of hers.

The townspeople are buzzing that Abby is staying there—not because they like her, but because she just went viral for being a DIVAAAAAA.

Abby ends up helping with the town Christmas pageant that Nick is directing. His wife used to direct it before she passed, and he’s keeping her legacy alive. Nick’s daughter is even in the play and is cute as can be.

There are some prayers and mentions of God, just to remind us that this is a Dayspring movie.

Zoey is Nick’s sister-in-law, and she’s very concerned about Nick being into Abby and about Abby hanging out with him. Nick’s like, “Shove off. It’s fine.”

Nick and Abby have a romantic evening together, including a carriage ride through the woods, some hot chocolate, and some star-gazing. What’s not to love?

It’s the final dress rehearsal, and Abby is in her element. She was born to direct!

    There's a Christmas masquerade ball (because that’s somethi…

The company is going to experience some layoffs due to a merger, and it doesn’t take long for her to get the boot.

Cut to Rocky’s bar. We meet Sam and his grandson, Jay. Jay is here on a mission—convince Sam to move closer to his family. When the regulars at the bar find out, they’re very mad. Sam is an institution! But Sam also recently fell, though he insists he’s fine.

The next day, both Tory and Jay end up at the store to pick up some Hanukkah candles. There’s only one pack left, and they argue a bit. Ultimately, Jay ends up with them.

Kate reluctantly works at her family's business, North Star, a year-round operation that trains Mall Santas nationwide. Despite its festive name, it’s a big commitment that's made her a bit grumpy about Christmas. When her dad decides to step away, Kate steps in, but the business is a mess. Her sister, Bailey, agrees to help her out.

Her rival and top instructor, Dan, works for a different Santa school. This school wins the Christmas Cup every year. After Dan gets fired for making too much money, he approaches Kate—despite their awkward past (they once went on a date, or a "scheduled gathering," if you will). He wants to join forces and win the Christmas Cup. She can't say no to that.

They carpool on the first day and have to screech to a halt when a Santa walks in front of them in the road. He's very confused. He doesn’t know his name or what he's doing. It’s at this point that they see Santa's reindeer and sleigh fly away. Is he the real deal?! They decide to bring him to the school so they can keep an eye on him.

They get to the school, and Dan is immediately concerned. It's a real ragtag group: an older fellow who just wants to be Santa for his grandkids, a woman who wants to prove she can do anything she puts her mind to, a ventriloquist and his dummy, some actor named Paul Campbell, and then there’s Nick...who has a giant bowl of cookies and just downs some milk.

The Santas begin to train, participating in obstacle courses and learning how to properly "ho-ho-ho." Santa Nick begins to have weird memory flashes whenever he touches someone but doesn’t know how to make heads or tails of it.

The next test is a big one—they have to actually deal with kids at the mall, and it’s intense for all of them...except Santa Nick. He crushes it. He knows what all the kids want. But he also sees what Kate’s dad’s friend, Ned, wants—he wants to buy the school. So Kate has a conve…

The movie kicks off by really showcasing an acoustic guitar. They couldn’t have more shots of this guitar if they tried. We’re in a bar where a woman is singing a lovely version of Here We Come A-Wassailing. Her name is Maggie, and she announces she’s about to do a show in Chicago and open for Dalton Blake! But then her manager shows up and tells her that the big opening gig… is off. However, he gives her a new phone with a bunch of fancy apps on it. She responds, “Nah, I’ve got my reliable flip phone right here, bud.”

With no reason to stay in Chicago, she hops in her old van and heads home to Ed’s Christmas Tree Farm. It’s a family-run lot, and her parents are thrilled to have her back.

Cut to New York City, where we meet two siblings who clearly don’t like each other and whose dad has just died. Their lawyer is reading the will, and one item in particular catches their attention: a board seat that will go to whichever sibling has a higher net worth at Christmas. He’s Archer, and she’s Piper. They didn’t have a normal childhood or normal Christmases, but they do have a picture of themselves in front of Ed’s Christmas Tree Lot.

Back at the lot, Maggie’s best friend asks her to consider directing the Christmas play.

Archer is staring at the picture and decides to search for the lot. He rents a cabin and heads to the lot. When he arrives, he tells Maggie’s mom he wants to get a tree for the first time as an adult. She encourages him to cut his own and suggests that he go with Maggie. It turns out he runs the company that created all the fancy apps she hates. When she finds out, she turns on him and gets him out of there as quickly as possible. But when she learns her manager can’t book her anywhere, she starts to feel guilty for being mean and goes to apologize. She is shocked to find him pu…

The movie kicks off with Santa delivering presents. He is down to one reindeer and facing the worst storm on record. But that’s not going to stop him from delivering gifts to Wellington at Sea. He falls off a roof, and Santa says, “I think we need to go back to the school play on December 22nd.”

We meet Danny, a new kid in town who doesn’t want anyone to notice him, except for his crush, Sam. There’s also the director of the play, Bernadette, and the star of the play, Charlie, who is Sam’s brother.

Bernadette comes on stage and announces that this is going to be a fresh take on the story of Jesus, featuring hip song remakes like Wannabe and Stevie Wonder’s Happy Birthday.

Of course, they all live in the charming town of Wellington at Sea, which is known for its love of Christmas.

But everything is about to get very complicated because of the snow.

Everyone wakes up on the 23rd to a winter wonderland. Everyone is aware that it’s a snow day except for Danny. He makes it to school just in time to see Ms. Trapper, his grumpy teacher, who tells him he should stay and work on his studies since his mom is at work. So, he spends the day learning physics via snowmen. It turns out Ms. Trapper is very skilled at snow.

Sam and Charlie spend the day tormenting their neighbor and getting in trouble for it, receiving a stern reminder that Santa Claus is coming to town.

Bernadette spends the day with her extended family, wishing they wouldn’t do the same thing every year.

It’s Christmas Eve morning, and Charlie wastes no time getting into trouble by freeing a bunch of caged turkeys.

Danny spends the day trying to figure out how to talk to Sam when he sees her at her family’s shop later. He also receives bad news from his dad—he won’t be home for Christmas due to the snow.

It's Christmas Eve 2024, and Mike is stressed, per usual. His husband, Zian, the calm one, is there to calm him down, per usual. Mike feels bad about not doing big Christmas decorations like his dad used to when he was growing up. He's also stressed because he is going to surprise Zian by flying his grandfather in for a visit.

Cut back to 1951, where we meet a couple, Charlie and Joan, fresh home from the hospital because Joan broke her arm. It's a big Christmas for them because Charlie is about to ship out to Korea.

In 2003, we see a postal worker who is thrilled when a couple, Sarah and Luke, gives him a Christmas card. They're a perfect couple. They never fight. They never disagree. That is, until Luke's family comes to stay for Christmas and brings a friggin' massive wreath. To make things more awkward, her family comes. Things are going to be WONKYYYYYY. The families end up arguing about everything—wreath vs. weird handmade thing, angel vs. star, etc. It's a mess out there. This leads to Luke and Sarah getting into their first fight.

Back in '51, Charlie and Joan are blown away by the generosity of their neighbors after Charlie accidentally burns the turkey. He goes downstairs to write a Christmas card to his wife that he plans to mail to her while he's gone. The letter gets lost in the mail and is actually the card that Sarah and Luke received at the beginning of the movie. It was a dead letter! This brings them together to realize what really matters.

So back to 2024—Grandpa finally shows up, and Zian is shocked. He begins to tell Zian about his family and reveals that he wouldn't be here today if it weren't for an American doctor named Charlie. So that's nice. They're all connected.

Everything wraps up with a nice bow, and we're all happy.

We meet Leah and Graham. Leah is Jewish but has always loved the idea of Christmas, so when Graham invites her to celebrate Christmas with his family and meet his parents, she jumps at the chance.

First, they visit her parents for a Hanukkah celebration, and it’s a great time. Graham, however, warns her not to expect too much when they visit his family—just in case she’s disappointed. But when they arrive at his parents’ house, it’s a full-on Christmas wonderland. Leah is blown away—it’s everything she’d hoped for.

But then… Graham’s mom happens. She’s super serious, very intense about her schedule, doesn’t allow anyone to just rip open presents, and insists on fancy Christmas pajamas instead of fun ones. Leah quickly realizes that Graham’s mom is going to make things… difficult. Case in point: she even asks Leah to change her Christmas sweater.

The tension builds as Leah continues to clash with Graham’s mom, and Graham finds himself awkwardly stuck in the middle—handling it poorly, to say the least.

Leah’s big moment arrives during the gingerbread house competition. She absolutely crushes it, complete with a smoking chimney. And it’s clear that Graham’s mom is not amused. Leah turns to Graham, like, Why didn’t you warn me to let your mom win? And Graham just shrugs and says, Maybe I didn’t want her to win!

The awkwardness keeps escalating. Leah accidentally breaks some vases that Graham’s ex-girlfriend, Julia, made and sold at a Christmas market. And then—of course—Julia shows up to hang out. AWKWARD.

Things go from bad to worse when Leah’s snowman is less than Pinterest-perfect. Graham tries to lighten the mood with a snowball fight, but Leah accidentally nails his mom in the face. Yikes.

Later, Graham tries to reassure Leah, telling her he wants her to stay. But then things get even weirder when his sister announces she’s dropping out of business school to start an artisanal pickle…

The movie kicks off with a promotion for The Harmony Channel! They are airing a marathon of their popular Sugarplummed series, and viewers can win a home decorated for Christmas!

Cut to real life: Emily is a mom of a moody, artistic teenage girl named Nina and a TikToking teenage boy named Max. She’s married to Ben, an architect who never understands what his son is doing—ever.

Emily is very type A, complete with her Christmas checklist. Her family doesn’t care for her checklist; they just want to do their own thing. Emily’s a hot-shot deal maker with an assistant who spends her days watching made-for-TV Christmas movies. Emily explains that these movies are dumb and all follow the same rules. She says, “Of course, I’d love for life to be like one of these movies, but it’s just not realistic.” Her assistant encourages her to live in the moment instead of focusing on her list, and maybe she’ll be surprised.

Emily’s mom collected ornaments, so when she finds out that night that they were delivered from storage to her office, she runs to the office to grab them. The box breaks, and they all fall onto the floor, including a star that says, “Whatever wish you make, it’ll grant.” She looks up and sees one of those Sugarplummed movies on TV, so she wishes for a Sugarplum Christmas. Just then, the star begins to glow, and all the lights in the office start to flicker. Suddenly, Sugarplum magically appears in her office. Sugarplum is just as confused as Emily and asks Emily to help her get back to her town of Perfection. Emily, overwhelmed, says, “I’m going crazy!” and runs to leave. Sugarplum follows her, and they figure out that people can see Sugarplum but don’t recognize her as Sugarplum.

Sugarplum is confused by the lack of snow and explains that snow is part of the rules! Emily is shocked and asks, “The rules are real?” Sugarplum replies, “I mean, it’s a book!” She pul…

The movie starts off real slow. Literally. A slow ballad plays. Suddenly, a girl comes down the stairs, clearly ready to go off to the dance. Her name is Jenny, and her mom's name is Melanie. Melanie is going to be the chaperone at the dance to keep an eye on Jenny and make sure she's doing okay. Jenny has autism and sometimes has a tough time with loud noises and whatnot. Things are going okay at first until things get a little too intense with the music and the snow falling. Jenny runs outside, and Melanie decides it's probably time to go home.

Cut to one year later, and Jenny is excited to be a senior and eager to figure out what’s next for her, which she hopes is going to college in California. When Melanie finds out what school Jenny wants to go to, she’s shocked and tries to talk to her about it, but Jenny isn't having it.

The next day, Jenny is talking with her friends, and they come up with the idea to create an alternative dance that is inclusive of all kids.

What she doesn’t know is that Melanie wants to do the same thing, except she wants to make the dance inclusive by lowering the volume, getting rid of the strobe lights, stuff like that. There’s some pushback from the PTA because the dance is so close. That’s when hot teacher Daniel steps in and says he’ll be the liaison and help make sure this is possible.

The movie kicks off with a fun little animation telling the story of a secret that started in 1996 when Avery met Logan. They became quick friends. Avery could 100% be herself around him, and vice versa. As they got older, that friendship blossomed into true love—the kind that can get you through anything, like the loss of Avery’s mom.

Fast forward: they’re adults now. Avery lands a job in London, and Logan is less than thrilled. It’s 2014, and on their last night together, Logan is driving the struggle bus. They’re in the middle of a fight, but it boils down to him saying, “I’m just really going to miss you, and I’m sad.”

At her going-away party, her dad gives an emotional speech before handing the mic to Logan. Logan gets down on one knee, but before he can even pop the question, Avery blurts out, “No.” Logan does not handle it well and throws out, “If your mom were alive, she’d be disappointed.” Ouch. Avery breaks up with him and leaves.

Cue a fun montage of the world’s biggest moments from 2014-2024 (shoutout to Stranger Things and Squid Game—Netflix wins again).

Now it’s 2024. Avery is a hotshot dealmaker with a hotshot dealmaker boyfriend named Cam. Logan, meanwhile, is a contractor dating Cassie, who comes from a family where every sibling’s name starts with “C.” (More on that soon.)

Emily is a party planner, and she is great at her job! Her clients are always thrilled with her work. She makes it known, however, that she’s not going home for Christmas and tries to avoid the conversation altogether.

Cut to Emily’s brother, Nick. Nick is stuck running the family farm, and it’s a big year—it’s the first Christmas after their mom passed away, but it’s also the 25th annual Christmas carnival. His best friend (and fellow hunk), Luke, has been helping out around the farm. When Luke hears how overwhelmed Nick is with planning the carnival, he suggests calling someone with a ton of party-planning experience… like Emily! At first, she’s like, “Hard pass,” but then she has a dream about her mom.

So she hops on a plane FROM LAX, and when she gets home, she immediately bumps into an old friend. It’s good to be home. On her drive to the farm, she almost hits Luke while he’s crossing the road, and they have a very Hallmark-style shouting match.

When she gets to the farm, she’s shocked to find that Luke is there. As she catches up with her brother, she learns that Luke is a light artist—or at least, he used to be. When Emily sees some of his work, she gets inspired. What if they incorporated his art into the carnival to make it really special?

She goes to ask Luke for help, and at first, he’s like, “Nope,” but then he’s like, “Okay, fine.” So, yay! But Luke realizes he needs inspiration—he can’t just art on command. Emily, ever the problem solver, comes up with fun activities to boost his creativity, like untangling Christmas lights in the middle of the night, decorating the farm, and even going to a Christmas market together.

The movie kicks off on Christmas Eve with a bunch of good boys pulling a fella on a sleigh. Another guy rides up and bumps him off his sleigh. It turns out this guy is telling his daughter his story. She’s inspired by it and wants to race herself.

Cut to the present day, where we meet Anya. She’s heading to Finland for Christmas and to race in the race of all races—the 40th annual Joulurauha race. She and her best friend travel to Finland, where they meet all the other racers, including Manti, the racer who bumped her dad off the sleigh.

Anya also meets Cole, a member of the press. When she finds out he’s a reporter, she’s very reluctant to talk to him. But he pitches her an idea: he wants to do an in-depth piece on her so she can tell her story, but she’s not having it.

We get to the race pretty quickly, and Anya immediately makes her move on Manti. He’s already up to his dirty tricks with a big kick. Luckily, she recovers quickly and earns the final slot in the next round.

She gives Manti a piece of her mind, but she’s pulled away because one of her dogs, Cupid, is injured and won’t be able to continue the race. She figures she’ll have to drop out, which stings because the race costs so much money.

Her lovely cousin Lavi suggests they visit Santa and ask for help. Luckily, Cole is hanging around Santa and overhears. He offers his dog, Rue, for the race.

There are some obstacles in getting this approved, but after the head of the race committee finds out that Cole is going to write about it, he gets excited about the press coverage and agrees.

Sensing that Anya is stressed, Cole takes her for a cold plunge, and they bond in the sauna.

She finally gets the new dogs to trust Rue, and she’s feeling great about it! Later, they spend the evening with her extended family, baking goo…

Rose is a busy designer working during the holiday. She gets a call from her Brother, a handyman named is Sal and he has big news: he has won a charity design project for the holidays. He asks Rose for some design advice. They have a charming relationship and aren’t working together on the family business.

We then meet Bryson walking out of a hardware store, carrying a bunch of wood, as he is prone to do. He is annoyed to bump into his ex, who flaunts the fact that she is now engaged.

Bryson works with Sal, and they are surprised to learn the funding for the project they are working on has been cut, but they need to get the project done on a budget for the Denver Chronicle for a feel-good Christmas story. The charity house they are working on will go to the town’s principal. Sal tells Bryson they need to bring Rose into the project to help finish it on time. Rose says no. But that's nothing some brotherly guilt can't overcome.

Rose, who’s a designer and not an interior decorator, and who hasn’t been home since her parents died, is not thrilled about this reunion with holiday chaos. Rose drives into town and immediately bumps into Brysen and spills her coffee all over his shirt. Oh, and also, Rose finds out she’ll be staying in the same house as Brysen. Oh, and they share a bathroom, because of course they do.

But hey, it’s for a good cause, right? So Rose and Brysen decide to coexist. There’s plenty of eye-rolling, sarcastic comments, and the occasional truce. Rose finds herself pulling out some pretty stellar design moves, and there’s even a Home Goods ad thrown in there that feels more like a real-life miracle than a product placement (no complaints—Home Goods is everything).

Meanwhile, Rose crosses paths with Catie, the local EMT’s daughter, and her daughter Arabe…

Back in 2006, we meet Charlotte and Austin. They're star-crossed lovers in the classic "we're from different worlds" trope. They sneak out of their respective houses, walk through the snow, and make their way to the horse stables for some moody, teenage romance. They kiss, they swear eternal love, they give each other gifts like a necklace and a horse book. Suddenly, Austin's dad shows up like a human snowstorm of bad advice, telling him to just join the Navy. Charlotte is going to forget all about him and he'll be better for it.

Fast-forward to the present, and guess what? Dad was right. They did go their seperate ways. Austin is now running her familes estate. Their grandma died and left her estate and the family businesses to three siblings who couldn’t be more different if they tried: Charlotte, the ambitious New Yorker; Henry, the mafia-adjacent sibling with questionable life choices; and Benedict, the fancy one with a fancy girlfriend and an even fancier fake accent.

Cue Rachel Boston, who rolls up to the estate playing Annie Markel, the estate planner who is giving Mary Poppins. She has a purse that is full of contracts instead of candy and umbrellas, and she’s here to stir the pot. The siblings are suspicious.

But Rachel Boston, being the MVP that she is, wins them over with her expert grief counseling and unsolicited life advice. She's basically the motivational speaker your mom would hire for a family reunion. She's Matt Foley but with a car instead of a van. She also makes them decorate the house because Christmas.

Austin and Charlotte reconnect when he shows her that he’s still a horse-riding, stable-owning stud. He apologizes for ghosting her for the Navy. Charlotte's all, "No hard feelings, because if you hadn't left, I wouldn’t have met my ex and had Cody, who’s the center of my …

And she goes to think about it by playing pool with her assistant, but all she really wants to do is WORK!!!

After a long day, she goes across the street to a diner. Right as she’s about to go to town on some pancakes, a guy named Matt comes up to her and says, “LUCY?!?!” He sits down, and they catch up. They were friends in high school, and she gets an update on everything—from his failing Broadway career to his failing marriage. He asks if she’s coming home for Christmas, and she says, “Oh no, I haven’t been home in years.” He responds, “Same ol’ Lucy.” She’s like, “WTF does that mean?” He says, “Oh, you avoid the people who are closest to you, including me. I thought you knew that.” He asks if she ever thinks about what could have been had things turned out differently. She says, “No, I’ve literally never done that…YET!”

So, she looks up Matt on social media and accidentally likes an old picture. Her life is essentially over!

    Christmas Vacation Tour - StandingOvationsLive.com

The movie kicks off with Erin Cahill sleuthing around, and I’m very confused because Erin Cahill isn’t Lacey Chabert. She’s climbing rocks with one hand and gets up to a rock with some sort of message on it. Suddenly, the rock slides back, and she finds a notebook. She’s pumped. AND THAT'S THE CHRISTMAS QUEST!

We're back in Boston, MA, and Erin Cahill is back home with her daughter. Her daughter gives her a compass as a Christmas gift. They cuddle up on the couch, and Erin opens the special book, sharing the story of the Yule Lads. Suddenly, it’s no longer Erin Cahill reading the story. Rather, it's Lacey Chabert, who is giving a lecture at Heast College about the book her mom found. Lacey's name is Dr. Baxter, Dr. Stefani Baxter! Her boss tells her she should go find the Yule Lads’ treasure. She’s skeptical, saying treasure hunters have been trying to find it for years, and her mom gave up. It’s impossible. But he insists, presenting her with a map that might be helpful, and suggests she try to figure it out during Christmas break.

Off she goes and finds a box with the Yule horn in it—pretty easily, actually. The horn is the key to finding the rest of the treasure, but she can’t read the language on the horn. However, she knows someone who can—HER EX-HUSBAND, CHASE. He’s happy to see her until he finds out it’s just because she needs him to translate something. But when he realizes it’s the Yule Horn, he can’t help himself. When he finds out they’re going to Iceland to try to find the rest of the treasure, he also can’t resist. Chase is on the case! Off to Iceland!

First stop is a church, where they find a message written on the bottom of one of the tiles. The second clue is a very cryptic message about light. They notice they’re being watched by some people as they continue their journey. They travel a couple of…

The movie kicks off with Alana giving us the rundown on her family. Her parents met after their parents got season tickets to Chiefs games next to each other. Over time, they fell in love and kept up the tradition of having season tickets, and eventually, Alana came along. Her family now runs a Chiefs store! Alana tells the family that next Tuesday, someone special is coming. They assume it's a boy, but she's like, "No, no. We're finalists for the Fan of the Year award! If we win, it'll be huge!"

And who is this person coming on Tuesday? It's Derrick. He's the head of fan engagement. Derrick is relatively new to the organization and to Kansas City. His coworkers encourage him to go to Norma and Nick's to get some authentic KC BBQ. He goes, and Donna Kelce is running the register. Naturally, Alana's mom is there, and when Alana walks in, she sits him down and immediately starts playing matchmaker. They invite him to come to Light the Block, which leads to him helping decorate. They spend the day talking and sharing Christmas traditions. Derrick explains that he doesn't really have any traditions because he moved around so much—he'd just write Santa a change of address card.

After Light the Block, he comes into the store and is blown away. That's when they tell him about the magic hat—they have a hat that, if worn on Christmas Day, will take them to the Super Bowl. Grandpa was given the hat from Santa way back in 1969, and Santa said, "If you wear it on Christmas Day, your Christmas wish will come true." That year, they won the Super Bowl. But Grandpa lost the hat. Fast forward to 2019, someone brings the hat into the shop to sell it. They start wearing it again, and it works! It doesn't guarantee a Super Bowl victory, but it gets them there.

Derrick expresses his doubts about the magic of the hat, and the family gets very offended and sends him on …

We’re back in All Wrapped Up for one last movie. Olivia is going to deliver some gifts to a rich person paying big bucks. She’s up in the mountains, and the snow really starts to come down. She knocks on the door to a cabin, and it’s not a rich lady, but rather this dude from Ben, and it’s clear they know each other. His mom made the order, and he’s as surprised to see her as she is to see him. He even knows that she drinks black coffee.

It doesn’t take long for them to get into an argument about what happened between the two of them. She leaves suddenly, but doesn’t get far—the roads are officially closed. She goes back to the cabin, and he says she can stay, and he’ll just stay out of her way. She ends up helping him decorate, and the ice begins to thaw.

There’s this other woman, though, who is staying at another cabin and is clearly into him. He goes to help fix her radiator.

While he’s gone, Olivia decides to make a run for it, but the roads are still closed. She sees his truck at her cabin and just decides to crash the party.

Anyway, they go back to his cabin and just kind of hang out, talk about them, her business, best, and bow, all sorts of stuff. She shows off her bow skills and reads his romance novel, which really works on her, and they almost kiss, but then his family shows back up. The bridge is still closed, and it looks like she won’t make it back for the gala.

His mom wasn’t excited that Olivia was there, but he tells her that she really likes Olivia, and then she’s nice, and Olivia feels welcome and has a ton of fun. Thankfully, the bridge opens, and they hop in his truck to make it to the gala in time. They all win the competition. And Olivia and Ben kiss one more time under the mistletoe, and All Wrapped Up burns to the ground forever.

The movie starts with a fun fashion title card. We meet Celeste, who wants to be a hot-shot designer, but her boss doesn't even know she exists! She comes home and is shocked to find her boyfriend, Jason, there. He surprises her with a quick one-hour Christmas celebration. He asks Celeste if he can come home with her for Christmas and book a first-class flight, which he is able to do because he knows people.

Celeste’s family is kind of royalty in this small town—her dad is the pastor, and her mom is the mayor. Pastor Mark puts together a Christmas festival, and he really wants his daughter to end up with her hunky ex-boyfriend, Dean. So when she shows up with boyfriend Jason, Pastor Mark is less than thrilled. He reluctantly allows Jason to stay in their basement.

When they find out that his church is going to be remodeled in the new year, Celeste gets a little sad because she always wanted to get married in the church she grew up in. So, Jason gets down on one knee and proposes that they get married on Christmas Eve.

Pastor Mark is not thrilled. Neither is Dean, when he shows up with flowers and is very confused.

Jason is concerned when he finds out that they have to go through Pastor Mark's marriage boot camp... and I mean, fair.

And this boot camp is intense—day one involves gingerbread house building. Day two? A blindfolded golf cart race. All the important pre-marital counseling activities.

They are really up against it, but it doesn't seem to be bothering them. In fact, Celeste seems to be thriving, wheeling and dealing.

Pastor Mark seems to be letting Jason in a little bit. They even go out for eggnog.

She tells him to get lost. She goes to find Sean at his office, but he's already left to go find her. She's told that he went home to be with his wife. He shows up at the gala, but she's gone, and then he sees pictures of the kiss on the cheek.

There's a lot of misunderstanding, but ultimately, they meet back up and right the wrongs. They help decorate a grumpy lady's Christmas booth at the festival, and then they kiss.
