Restart Today: Getting Back On It After You've Slipped
2 oktober 2026 · 9 min
You look back a few months and realize you were doing better. More disciplined. More locked in. Now you're behind, and the guilt starts stacking up. Lees meer
That feeling is a trap.
In this episode, I break down what happens when you compare where you are right now to where you were when you were rolling. The regret. The frustration. The story you start telling yourself about falling off. And why sitting in that feeling only keeps you stuck longer.
The answer isn't to beat yourself up or wait until you feel ready again. It's to get back on it. Restart the habits. Today. Right now.
Whether you're a competitive athlete, a professional, or an entrepreneur, you're going to slip at some point. What matters is how fast you get back in the game.
If you want a system for showing up confident when it matters most, join me live on Thursday, October 8 at 5pm PT for my training, How To Build Unshakable Confidence On Gameday. Save your seat at imnotyou.com/clutch

You can't outwork PRESSURE
1 oktober 2026 · 13 min
You can put in every rep, every sprint, every extra workout, and still fold when it counts. Lees meer
In this episode I tell the story of a conditioning test early in my pro career that should have been easy. I was in shape. I'd done the work. But the pressure I felt took over my body, and when I tried to override it in the moment, I couldn't.
This happens to athletes all the time. Working harder won't fix it, because the problem isn't your conditioning. It's what pressure does to you when the moment shows up, and what it costs you if you never train for it.
Thursday, October 8 at 5pm PST, I'm going live to show you how to show up confident on gameday, consistently: how to prepare, train, and master your mind so you can perform.

How to (finally) become an organized person
11 september 2026 · 11 min
You know that feeling when you walk through your own front door and part of you already dreads what's waiting inside. That's not weakness. That's a systems problem. Lees meer
In this episode I break down why organization has nothing to do with discipline and everything to do with structure. The people who look "together" aren't more disciplined than you, they just built systems so they never have to rely on willpower in the first place. Your morning, your kitchen, your car, your gym bag, all of it either runs on autopilot or it drains you every single day whether you notice it or not.
I'm opening up a brand new course where I walk you through building those systems yourself, the same depth of work I do with my 1:1 clients, just in a group setting so more people can get access to it.
Only 6 spots. We start Tuesday.

Get rid of the perfectionist mentality
9 september 2026 · 13 min
Speed. Fearlessness. The ability to learn fast from your own mistakes. That's what the jungle demands from you. Most people are training for the classroom instead. Lees meer
In this episode I break down the difference between a classroom mentality and a jungle mentality, and why one of them is quietly wrecking your growth. The classroom trains you to look perfect, avoid being wrong, chase "correct." The jungle doesn't care about correct. It cares if you can adapt and survive.
I use the wrestler mindset here. A wrestler in preseason puts himself in live positions on purpose, so he finds his weak spots before the season shows them to him the hard way. That's the work. Not looking good. Getting exposed early so you can fix it.
I'll show you how to catch the classroom mentality showing up in your own life, usually disguised as procrastination. How to feel it in your body before your brain even names it. And the two questions that cut straight through it: what am I actually afraid of, and when did I learn to be afraid of that.

Get the Idiots out of your circle
5 september 2026 · 6 min
Most of the people in your circle are idiots. And if you keep listening to idiots, you're going to become one. Lees meer
In this episode, Niyi breaks down exactly what makes someone an idiot, not a disability, not a lack of opportunity, but a choice to stay unaware or uninterested in truth, knowledge, and wisdom when they could pursue it. He lays out the four signs: no knowledge, no effort to get knowledge, arguing against knowledge, and running with people who do the same. Then he hits the hard truth: if you're choosing fun over growth, that makes you the idiot too.
Success in sport and in life demands focus, discipline, and knowledge. Idiots don't help that mission, they slow it down. This episode is a call to take inventory of your circle. Not to react. Not to burn bridges overnight. Just notice. Watch. Take notes. Then make the intelligent decision.

How to take responsibility (the RIGHT way)
31 augustus 2026 · 12 min
You will never be happy. You will never be successful. Not until you learn how to take responsibility. That means accepting the role you play in your world being exactly what it is right now, not 25% of it, all of it. Lees meer
Niyi breaks down the difference between excuses and responsibility. An excuse is a reason for your failure with one job: to protect you from the pain of failure and the weight of owning it. Responsibility is different. It's accepting the full weight of your reality with no chaser. Identifying what you did or didn't do that caused where you're at. Then identifying the new goal and taking action toward it.
When you fail, go inward first. Not outward. Not at your circumstances, not at other people.
No guilt. No shame. Just reality. Your goals are your responsibility. If you don't have them yet, it's usually one of three things: lack of action, lack of accountability, or no system. That's it. That's the whole diagnosis.

BARS: 3 things you must do to get what you want (Bar from Ben Havn)
30 augustus 2026 · 12 min
Everybody wants something. Success. A relationship that works. The version of themselves they see in their head. Inspired by Ben Havn's "Looking Good," Niyi breaks down the three things that actually get you there, and none of them are luck. Lees meer
First, you have to learn. Most of the frustration you're carrying comes from not knowing what you're doing, and getting your information from people on Instagram who don't know either. Read the books. Take the courses. Get real knowledge instead of guessing your way through life.
Second, you have to believe in yourself, and that belief isn't something you just decide to have. You build it through reflection. Knowing what you want and why you want it. Facing the parts of yourself you've been avoiding instead of running from them.
Third, you have to put in the work. Deep work on yourself first, then work in the world making it happen. Knowledge without action is nothing. Belief without action is nothing.
Set the goal. Build the plan. Follow through until you get it. That's the whole game.

Don't run from your feelings. Face them.
29 augustus 2026 · 8 min
Tough situations bring feelings. Frustration. Failure. Feeling exposed. That's not the problem. The problem is what you do next. Lees meer
Most people look for the nearest thing to numb it. Food. Drugs. A workout. TV. Social media. More work. Niyi breaks down why the thing you pick doesn't matter nearly as much as the fact that you're running. Every time you numb instead of feel, you're reinforcing one belief: I can't handle a feeling. That's not a KILLA. That's a ghost, dodging something that can't even touch you unless you let it.
The move is the opposite. Run toward the feeling. Sit in it. Study it. Figure out what it's actually telling you. Then decide on the right action and make your move.
You can't lead from Self if you're afraid of what you feel.

Focus on what you want, not what you fear
28 augustus 2026 · 7 min
Most people get thrown into a bad situation and immediately go to what they're afraid of. What they don't want. What could go wrong. That's the wrong move every time. Lees meer
In this episode, Niyi breaks down the one shift that changes everything in a tough situation: know what you want, and know why you want it. Not what you're avoiding. Not what scares you. What you're going after. That clarity gives you energy. That energy gives you focus. And focus is what turns into good action, the kind that starts chipping away at the bad situation piece by piece.
This isn't about ignoring the problem. It's about where you put your attention when things get hard. Most people are reactive. This episode teaches you to be directed.

Stop being LAZY
27 augustus 2026 · 8 min
You want the results. You don't want the work. That's the problem. Lees meer
This world made you soft. It made you comfortable. It sold you a version of "success" that doesn't require sweat, hills, or throwing up on the field. Niyi breaks down why the gap between where you are and where you want to be isn't a mindset gap, it's a work gap. He pulls from his own days grinding through NFL training, the moments he wanted to quit on that hill, and the exact feeling that showed up on the other side of pushing through it.
If you're waiting for motivation to show up before you put in the work, you're going to wait forever. This episode is the wake up call. Stop being lazy. Stop being delusional about what it actually takes. More is required. Embrace it.

What to do when overwhelmed...ATTACK (Bar from a Samurai Warrior)
25 augustus 2026 · 9 min
Overwhelm doesn't come from the size of your goal. It comes from staring at a problem you don't have a perfect plan for and freezing instead of moving. Lees meer
Here's the truth. You don't need a great plan. A plan helps, but it's not the requirement. What you actually need is to attack one specific spot right in front of you.
That's how momentum gets built. Not from a flawless blueprint, but from action. Make the next sale. Get the next save. Score the next bucket. Get the next stop. One move at a time.
Once you've got momentum, you can sit back down and refine the plan. Restructure it. Clean it up. But it won't always be neat, and it doesn't need to be for you to move.
Stop waiting for clarity before you act. Attack first. Clarity follows.

You are not TRACKING enough (Write everything down)
21 augustus 2026 · 11 min
Whether you're chasing a personal best on the pitch, perfecting a golf swing, building a content brand, mastering a recipe, or showing up as the best parent you can be, the desire to be great at something is righteous. It's wired into you. But desire alone doesn't close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Lees meer
In this episode, I break down the one habit that separates people who train hard from people who actually get great: writing it down.
Too many well-meaning athletes and professionals think they're maximizing progress by just showing up and doing the work, training hard, experimenting, winging it. That effort is good. It's not enough. Time is your most valuable asset, and every session you don't log is a session you can't learn from.
I walk through why this matters using something as simple as baking bread, how skipping the notes cost me weeks of re-learning what I already figured out, and why the same principle applies directly to your training, your reps, your sets, and your goals.
If you want to move from good to great, stop winging it. Start writing it down.
In this episode:
Why "just doing the work" isn't the same as mastering it
The real cost of not tracking your training and progress
How writing things down builds the awareness you need to adjust and improve
Why a clear, tracked plan is non-negotiable if you're serious about your goals

The bigger the BEEF, the longer the CLIP (Bar from Jadakiss)
20 augustus 2026 · 14 min
The bigger the beef, the longer the clip you need. Lees meer
Conflict is not a sign something is wrong. It is the size of what you are trying to accomplish. Your goal, your problem, your obstacle... that is the beef. And the clip is your capacity to handle it. More bullets. More action. More time and thought. More energy and focus.
Most people underestimate what it takes to win and then wonder why the world feels like it is working against them. It is not working against you. You just brought a short clip to a long fight.
I break down why respecting your opponent (the goal, the competition, the challenge) means loading up before you engage, not after you get caught short. Load the clip. Unload it. Attack. Reload. Repeat until you have what you came for.
Then I ask you the only question that matters right now: what is the ONE goal that if you nailed it in the next 90 days would make this year a real win for you?

Dig to the ROOTS (or Keep Struggling)
11 augustus 2026 · 9 min
James Allen wrote it over a hundred years ago, and it's still the truest thing I know: "Whatsoever you harbor in the innermost chambers of your heart will, sooner or later, by the inevitable law of reaction, shape itself in your outward life." Your thoughts, your beliefs, your unhealed pain, they don't stay hidden. They show up as your life. Lees meer
In this episode I get into what's actually driving your repeated patterns of failure and frustration. It's not the market, not your team, not bad luck. It's your fear of failure. It's the belief that you're worthless underneath it all. It's your fear of being rejected. These are the roots, and until you dig to them, nothing changes.
Your only job right now is honesty. Follow your feelings and ask yourself what actually feels true in this moment. That's uncomfortable, and it's the only path to real growth. The new tools, the new plans, the new team, the new relationship, the new job, the new body, the new money, none of it fixes what's underneath. Only facing the roots does.

How the EGO keeps you stuck (without you even knowing)
7 augustus 2026 · 10 min
Your ego is running way more decisions than you think, and it's not trying to help you win. In this episode I break down how the ego operates, why bad choices feel right in the moment and good choices feel wrong, and what to actually do about it. Lees meer
The ego isn't the enemy. It's part of being human, and you can't kill it off. What you can do is make it flexible instead of rigid. Right now it's probably running stiff, defending itself, convincing you that comfort is the same thing as correct.
Here's the trap. When you flash out at someone, when you eat the fries on the diet, when you go for revenge instead of growth, that feels right because your ego is chasing comfort, not chasing what's actually good for you. And on the flip side, the moves that could change your life, a new team, a new contract, a new relationship, those feel wrong because your ego reads change as threat. It creates false urgency to get you to bail before you have to sit in the discomfort of doing something real.
I give you a simple filter for this. Anger, pressure, urgency, those are ego signals. When you feel them, force yourself to wait. Take no action for 1-2 days and watch what actually needs to happen once the noise clears. And after any decision that blew up on you, ask yourself what the real motivation behind it was. If the honest answer is pressure, urgency, or need, that's your ego talking, not you.
If you're ready to stop letting your ego run your decisions and want direct, personalized coaching to build real self leadership, book a call with me at imnotyou.com/coaching.

Live like your parents are DEAD
4 augustus 2026 · 13 min
At 20, I found out my ex girlfriend was pregnant. I stared at the ceiling for an hour, drowning in guilt, shame, and the fear of what my church going family would think. Lees meer
I ended up back with her. Had another kid. Spent almost 10 years in an on and off toxic relationship, three failed engagements, all because I was chasing my dad's approval instead of building my own life.
He was a devoted Christian who wanted me married, and he never seemed to care that we weren't right for each other. I wasn't even living my own beliefs, I was living his.
In this episode I break down why so many of you are still doing the same thing: running your adult life on programming you inherited and never actually chose. I get into why re-evaluating everything you were taught isn't disrespect, it's required. And why living like your parents are dead, no longer needing their approval, is the only way you build a kingdom that's actually yours.

Reality Check: You think you're changing, but you are not (The realities of change)
31 juli 2026 · 18 min
You think you're changing. You're not. Most of what people call growth is just a new way to avoid pain. Lees meer
Your body is wired for survival, homeostasis. Change registers as a threat. So when your relationship fails and you try again, only to repeat the same patterns with new fears layered on top, that's not growth. When you overtrain, get injured, then pull back and call it wisdom, that's not growth either. It's avoidance dressed up as evolution.
Real change requires four things: a genuine disgust with how things have gone, hyper awareness of your own patterns like a scientist studying a disease, a real strategy for new behavior, and a relentless spirit to carry it through.
I break down why most people never actually change, and what it takes to break the cycle for real.
Your challenge: spend 30 minutes today tracking the thoughts, fears, and emotions tied to the pattern that keeps repeating in your life. That's where hyper awareness starts.

BARS: The Power of Emotional Flow (Excerpt from 50th Law)
30 juli 2026 · 10 min
Your mind won't shut off at night because there are stress loops still open in your brain and nervous system. This is what emotional flow fixes. Lees meer
Every night before bed, set a timer for 7 minutes. Grab a pen and paper or a voice recorder. Then let everything out, every thought, every emotion, every idea sitting in your head. Don't try to organize it. Don't try to do it right. Just keep the thought vomit going until the timer stops.
I break down why emotional flow works, how it helps close the open loops keeping you buzzing and antsy at night, and why doing this consistently changes the quality of your sleep and your headspace the next day.
Start tonight. See you in the Jungle.

DOMINATE your woman (just like you dominate your sport)
29 juli 2026 · 15 min
You dominate your sport but hand the keys of your relationship straight to your woman. You call it fairness. It's fear. Lees meer
Athletes and high performers build their careers on clarity, control, and uncompromising standards. Then they get into a relationship and turn into a pillow. Soft. Yielding. Compromising. Borrowing beliefs from Disney movies, social media, and politics instead of running their own process.
The result: a sexless marriage, a platonic friendship dressed up as a partnership, and a woman who resents you for refusing to lead.
I break down why the same principles that make you dominant in your sport, knowing what you want, building the process, executing with precision, are the exact principles missing from your relationship. This isn't about controlling her. It's about reclaiming the identity you already know how to build everywhere else in your life.
If you're ready to stop denying your instincts and start leading like the Killa you already are on the field, email me ay niyi@imnotyou.com and tell me a little about your situation.

The game has changed...
18 juli 2026 · 17 min
Information is not your problem. Fear is. Lees meer
You have access to AI, YouTube, books, experts, every tool imaginable. And you're still not moving. This episode breaks down exactly why, and what the three things are that will actually determine whether you win from here.
The bottleneck is no longer what you know. It's whether you can take in the right information, act on it consistently, and adjust in real time when it's not working. Most people fail at step two. They build the plan, they feel good about the plan, and then fear convinces them the plan is too dangerous to actually run.
Niyi breaks down exactly how fear operates, what it's protecting you from, and why everything it's calling dangerous is actually required for the result you want.

3 juli 2026 · 10 min

In this episode, Niyi breaks down a simple mindset from Charlie Munger: you get ahead step by step, not in fast spurts. Why You Keep Talking Yourself Out Of What You Want
26 juni 2026 · 26 min
You're doing something right now that you don't actually want to be doing. Maybe you had a real idea about what you want, and somewhere between having it and acting on it, you talked yourself right out of it. Or maybe it's worse, you're walking around acting like you want something you actually don't. Lees meer
In this episode, Niyi breaks down what's really happening underneath that pattern: the desire that's real, the fear that isn't, and why the things you've probably already tried, forcing action, hyping yourself up, beating yourself up, don't work. He lays out what actually does, and why you can't see your own fear without help.
This is exactly what DOMINANCE is built to solve. If you're done watching yourself talk yourself out of what you want, go to imnotyou.com/coaching and book a call. Let's go find it together.

The Self Worship Ritual | All Praise Be To You
19 juni 2026 · 22 min
You've been told worship belongs to God, never you. Today we flip that. Because the same hand that made the ocean, the sunset, every flower that's ever stopped you in your tracks, made you too. So when I say worship yourself, I'm not asking you to replace God. I'm asking you to stop disrespecting His work. Lees meer
This episode is an interactive ritual, not a lecture. I walk you through eight places to look: your favorite physical trait, the part of you you've been taught to hate, the shame you've been carrying, the quality you love most, the one you've been told to hide, your superpower, your jungle quality, and the person your pain built. You answer out loud. You write a declaration. You say it until you mean it.
By the end, you're not performing confidence. You're agreeing with what God already said about you.

Self Respect | Part 2
17 juni 2026 · 35 min
Self-respect isn't a feeling. It's a contract you make with yourself, and most people break it the second it gets uncomfortable. Lees meer
In Part 2, Niyi breaks down the two biggest mistakes that keep people stuck: making excuses for situations they know are wrong, and wasting years deliberating instead of moving. He gets into why self-respect in relationships isn't about leaving, it's about being willing to leave, and why some relationships simply don't survive once you stop tolerating disrespect. Real talk on the price you pay for confidence, a Frederick Douglass story that'll stick with you, and a wrestler making weight on his brother's birthday that perfectly captures what self-respect actually costs in the moment.

How to Handle Pressure Like Jalen Brunson: Why Wemby and the Spurs Couldn't Stop the Knicks in the Largest Comeback in NBA Finals History
12 juni 2026 · 15 min
Down 29 points. NBA Finals. Madison Square Garden. The whole city watching. Lees meer
And after the game, somebody asked Jalen Brunson straight up, did the thought of losing cross your mind?
He said yes.
And then he said something most people missed, because they were too busy celebrating the comeback.
In this episode, I break down exactly what Brunson said after the largest comeback in NBA Finals history, and why it matters more for your development as a competitor than the comeback itself. This is not a game recap. This is a mental performance breakdown that every serious athlete needs to hear.
Most competitors have been told their whole career to block out the negative thoughts, stay positive, and push through it. But that approach is exactly what causes athletes to tighten up in the moments that matter most. Brunson did something different. And I'm going to walk you through what it was, why it works, and how you can start training the same mental state before your next game.
We get into:
What Brunson said on Inside the NBA that nobody is talking about
Why fighting your thoughts under pressure makes everything worse
The difference between an athlete who shrinks in big moments and one who shows up
How to build the mental state that makes you dangerous when everything is on the line
The mental game is a skill. And like any skill, it has to be trained before you need it.
If this episode hits for you, The Pressure Protocol is your next step. It's a free audio training and guided pre-game visualization track built specifically for competitors who want to stop fighting pressure and start using it. Three mental shifts and one visualization that change how you show up when everything is on the line.

You've Been Dealing With Wins and Losses Wrong (Here's How to Fix It) | Bar from Kansas Kash
10 juni 2026 · 20 min
Kobe said it best: the key to mental toughness is not getting too high or too low. Stay even keel. But most competitors never actually figure out how to do that, because they never deal with their relationship to wins and losses. Lees meer
In this episode, we break down exactly how a Killa celebrates a win and how a Killa learns from a loss. Not the feel-good version. The real version. The one that actually makes you better.
Most people celebrate wrong. They feel good, reward themselves, and let the win write checks their habits haven't earned. Most people process losses wrong too. They sulk, dodge accountability, blame outside circumstances, or rush to conclusions that protect their ego instead of building their game.
Killas do something different. They collect data on their wins. They feel the pain of a loss without letting it attach to their identity. They take responsibility without shame. And they get back in the fight quickly, but not in a hurry.
Rudyard Kipling said, "If you can meet with triumph and disaster, and treat those two impostors the same." That's the standard. Wins and losses are just information. How you use them is everything.
All we do is learn and win. That's it.

You gotta do more than TRY (Bar from Prepaid Choke)
5 juni 2026 · 20 min
You want that Super Bowl ring? Then trying is going to get you killed out here. Lees meer
I'm not talking about the literal Super Bowl. I'm talking about YOUR Super Bowl — whatever that thing is you're chasing that represents greatness in your sport, your career, your life. That thing you KNOW you're capable of but haven't grabbed yet.
Here's the problem. You're trying. And trying is weak.
Trying says I'm not sure. I might fail. I'll take action, but I don't really believe it'll work. That doubt bleeds into every rep, every decision, every moment that matters. It's like strapping 20-pound ankle weights on before the biggest game of your life. You're dragging yourself before you even start.
Competition is not waiting for you to figure it out. Your opponents have already decided. And a lifestyle of trying is just a lifestyle of failing on repeat.
In this episode I break down exactly what it takes to stop trying and start operating like someone who has actually decided to be great — how to clarify what's really required, build a real plan, and create the accountability systems that keep you moving whether you win or lose.
And if you're ready to stop playing around and actually commit to the process — get into Killer Instinct. It's my system built specifically for competitive athletes who want clarity, structure, and the confidence to perform when it matters most.

Down 30: The Art of Dominating When Life Isn't Going Your Way
30 mei 2026 · 34 min
Everyone can perform when life is easy. Lees meer
The real question is:
What happens when you're down 30 points?
What happens when the bills are piling up, motivation disappears, the results aren't coming, and every part of you wants to quit?
In this episode, I break down the essential skills required to dominate under pressure.
Not dominance as a feeling.
Not dominance as confidence.
But dominance as the ability to keep moving forward until you get what you want.
You'll learn:
Why most people quit long before they fail
How to regulate your body when stress takes over
How to separate reality from the stories you tell yourself
Why the meaning you attach to events determines your future
How to identify self-sabotaging behaviors in real time
The skill of responding to setbacks, losses, and adversity
How to create momentum when none exists
Why high-quality action matters more than motivation
The mindset required to persist until completion
The goal is not to win one game.
The goal is to become the type of person who wins as a pattern.
A lifestyle of dominance.

Self Respect
28 mei 2026 · 1 uur 16 min
This episode is built around one central truth: Lees meer
Self-respect is not a feeling.
It's an internal agreement. Most people think self-respect is confidence, discipline, or a list of good habits. But real self-respect goes deeper than behavior. It's the internal standard that governs how you treat yourself, what you tolerate, the boundaries you enforce, and the choices you make when fear, emotion, or pressure try to pull you away from your worth.
In this episode, I break down:
What self-respect actually is
Why many people unknowingly disrespect themselves
How your worth became tied to external validation
The connection between self-respect, boundaries, and enforcement
The 3 Levels of Self-Respect
The habits and patterns that quietly destroy self-respect
How to build a life rooted in alignment, principle, and Self-leadership
This is not motivation.
This is about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself.Because your life will always organize itself around the level of self-respect you truly have.
If you're ready to stop betraying yourself, stop living from fear, and develop real Self-mastery, apply for Dominance — my coaching system designed to help you understand your psyche, break destructive patterns, and lead yourself at the highest level.

The System For Dominance | Day 5: The Dominance Blueprint
22 mei 2026 · 17 min
For years, I taught athletes and high performers how to access Killer Instinct — how to lock in, perform under pressure, and compete at a high level. Lees meer
But after going through one of the hardest seasons of my life, I realized something deeper:
Performance strategies alone are not enough.
Because no matter how ambitious, disciplined, or talented you are… if the patterns underneath the surface remain the same, your life will eventually reflect those patterns.
Self-doubt.
Pressure.
Emotional inconsistency.
Overthinking.
Avoidance.
Self-sabotage.
Fear.
Internal conflict.
The inability to access your highest level consistently. And most people never truly transform because they never learn how to go inward and confront what's actually driving them.
That journey is what led me to create Dominance.
Dominance is a transformational coaching experience designed to help you master your internal world, break destructive patterns, develop true self-leadership, and create alignment in every area of your life.
This is not surface-level self-help.
This is not temporary motivation.
And this is not another "positive thinking" program. This is deep identity-level work for people who know there is another level inside of them — and are ready to do the work required to unlock it.
In this episode, I break down:
What Dominance really is
Why most people stay stuck
The hidden internal patterns sabotaging growth
My personal journey that led to creating this system
Who Dominance is for — and who it's not for
If something inside of you knows it's time for another level…

Why You Keep Repeating the Same Patterns | Day 4: The Dominance Blueprint
21 mei 2026 · 17 min
DAY 4 of The Dominance Blueprint. Lees meer
Everybody says they want self-mastery.
Everybody says they want change.
Everybody says they want the truth.Until the truth becomes uncomfortable.
In this episode, we talk about why awareness is so difficult… and why most people stay trapped in the same emotional loops, habits, fears, and patterns for their entire lives.
Because the patterns sabotaging your progress do not want to be seen.
They will distract you.
Justify themselves.
Convince you to avoid the truth.
Convince you to stay unconscious. This is why people avoid conversations.
Avoid data.
Avoid accountability.
Avoid silence.
Avoid themselves. And even when they KNOW what they're doing is hurting them… they still keep doing it.
Why?
Because true growth requires you to sit with what your awareness reveals.
That is difficult.
That creates resistance.
That creates discomfort. But the resistance is not proof you're failing.
The resistance is proof you're finally getting close to the truth. In this episode, I break down:
Why awareness is painful
Why most people unconsciously avoid the truth
How emotional patterns protect themselves from exposure
Why self-help and positive thinking fail long term
What "hypnotic rhythm" really is
How awareness slows life down enough for you to finally see the pattern
Why awareness is the foundation of Dominance
How awareness allows you to reclaim your true expression underneath the conditioning
I also share lessons from my NFL experience and explain why veterans make the game look slow — not because the game changed, but because their awareness did.
That same awareness can be developed internally.
The more aware you become, the more clearly you begin to see:
the masks
the protectors
the fears
the conditioning
the patterns that are standing between you and your true self
And once you can truly see them…
you can finally begin changing them.Tomorrow is the final episode of the series.
I'm going to show you how to pra…

The Most Important Skill In Building Dominance | Day 3: The Dominance Blueprint
20 mei 2026 · 9 min
DAY 3 of The Dominance Blueprint. Lees meer
Most people think dominance is confidence, motivation, positive thinking, or "feeling locked in."
But if that were true… why do you keep losing the feeling?
Why do the same patterns keep returning?
Why does self sabotage keep showing up?
Why do you know what to do… but still don't do it?Because positive thinking is not awareness.
Positive thinking tries to override the signal.
Awareness investigates it.In this episode, I break down the single most important skill in building Dominance:
AWARENESS.Not meditation.
Not empty mindfulness.
Not "just think positive."Real awareness.
The kind that allows you to identify the loops, protectors, fears, and unconscious patterns that have been running your life beneath the surface.
Because without awareness, you have no chance.
You cannot lead what you refuse to look at.
In this episode, we talk about:
Why self-help often fails
The difference between awareness and positive thinking
Why your emotional reactions are signals, not enemies
How protectors operate like overactive smoke alarms
Why your patterns keep repeating
The role awareness plays in destroying and rebuilding your internal world
The questions you must begin asking yourself daily
The goal is not to silence the signal.
The goal is to understand what's actually happening beneath it.Tomorrow, we go even deeper:
Why awareness is difficult… and why most people stay trapped in the same patterns for life.If you're ready to stop unconsciously obeying your conditioning and begin building real internal authority, this episode is for you.

Why Positive Thinking Doesn't Work| Day 2: The Dominance Blueprint
19 mei 2026 · 11 min
Most athletes think their problem is confidence, discipline, focus, or mindset. Lees meer
So they try positive thinking.
Visualization.
Motivation.
Meditation.
More work.
More pressure.And sometimes it helps…
For a little while.
Then the same fear, tension, self-doubt, overthinking, and self-sabotaging habits come right back.
Why?
Because those patterns were never random.
They were built years ago to protect you.
In Day 2 of The Dominance Blueprint, I break down why traditional mindset work often fails athletes, and why trying to "fight" your negative thoughts and emotions usually makes them stronger.
You'll learn:
Why pressure-filled habits become wired into your system
How fear of failure and disapproval shape performance
Why self-criticism becomes addictive
The hidden connection between childhood pressure and present-day performance anxiety
Why your bad habits aren't "bad", they're protective
The real reason athletes start hating the sport they once loved
This episode will completely change the way you look at confidence, mindset, and self-mastery.
And tomorrow, we'll talk about what actually works.

It's not control.
It's not force.
It's not grinding yourself into the ground trying to prove something.Dominance is a state of being.
It's you, fully expressed, fully present, fully in control of your internal world. You've felt it before.
In business, when you're locked in and creating effortlessly.
In sport, when everything clicks and you're unstoppable. No fear. No pressure. No noise.
Just you.And then… it disappears.
You go back to the default:
Pressure.
Doubt.
Self-judgment.
That constant feeling that something's off, even when you're winning. That's not dominance.
That's conditioning. In this episode, I'm breaking down what dominance actually is, why you keep losing access to it, and what's really driving your behavior underneath the surface.
Because until you understand what's happening inside you…
You'll keep chasing something you can't hold.CTA:

Become a Legend, Be The Realest (Bar from Kansas Kash)
15 mei 2026 · 25 min
"The game loves me… so if I leave, she'll probably drop a tear." Lees meer
That line isn't just about talent — it's about how you show up.
In this episode, we're talking about what it really means to be the realest — not in the eyes of fans, followers, or other athletes… but in your own eyes.
Because the realest thing you'll ever see isn't another athlete.
It's the man in the mirror.
Right now, too many athletes are caught up in admiring others… studying them, worshipping them, measuring themselves against them — instead of turning that same energy inward and building something real.
In this episode, I break down what it takes to earn your own respect:
Knowing exactly who you are and what you stand on
Getting clear on what you want and the vision you're chasing
Understanding what's required to actually become elite
Having a real plan and process — not just motivation
Knowing how to improve, daily
Being prepared for when it gets tough
And most importantly… knowing how to respond to failure and success
This isn't about empty affirmations.
This is about building a level of conviction so strong — through daily action, consistency, and pressure — that when you look in the mirror, you don't have to convince yourself…
You know.
You know you're the realest.
And when you live like that?
The game respects it.
The game rewards it.

In this episode, we're cutting through the fantasy of success and getting real about what it actually takes to become and stay dominant. It's not about your first win, your first $100K, or your early momentum...it's about who you are after you lose it, after you get tested, after it gets hard.

Face the fears you've been avoiding
