If the government confiscates gold, won’t this include all the gold that central banks and other financial entities own?

Tucker said that the government did not need to confiscate gold, it could just enact a 90% excise tax and negate any profit from selling gold, essentially making gold worthless to the individual as a store of value or wealth insurance. Sweden, known for innovation and with the oldest central bank, became the first country to implement negative interest rates in 2009. Additionally, they are almost cashless and have been aggressively experimenting with the E-krona, their CBDC (Central Bank digital Currency), originally stating it would be ready by 2018. Apparently, they were wrong. In the first study of the digital currency they state that the project may be completed next year, but they have actually given themselves until the end of 2026 to complete their CBDC project. It seems to be more difficult to do for most central banks, but not China.

I have heard much about whether the strategy of collecting graded Morgan’s is smart, as no one will care if they are graded or not after a collapse of the system, and that they will only be worth their fundamental value. Do we need to worry about a confiscation of junk silver under the guise of a physical currency recall? My precious metals dealer has told me to go for pure fractional silver as much as possible (which is difficult to find), but in a barter situation I see the benefit of junk silver. My only resistance is having it confiscated not due to its intrinsic value, but under the banner of it being contaminated coinage that needs to be removed for the health of the population. Also, are foreign currencies (like early 20th century francs, pounds, etc) at risk? What category do foreign coins fall under?
