Episode 335: The Five Phases Of Awakening
31 oktober 2025 · 45 min
In this powerful episode of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, Kevin breaks down the core framework of transformation used within the Academy for Consciousness Expansion: the Five Phases of Awakening. This system represents the primary logos of the Academy - a deliberate and structured path that leads men from unconscious survival-based living to conscious, self-authored creation. Lees meer
Kevin begins by revisiting three major analogies he has taught in previous episodes: the holographic reality, the 1% vs. 99% shadow and light expression, and the natural versus matrix world. While each analogy offers a different perspective, they all point to the same truth - human beings live through layers of perception that obscure their access to the deeper reality of consciousness. These analogies serve as the backdrop and context for understanding each phase in the awakening process.
The journey starts in Phase One: Awareness. Most people never reach this stage - the recognition that thoughts exist, that thoughts are not facts, and that thinking is observable. Kevin explains how metacognition initiates empowerment and breaks the automatic conditioning of the survival-based “beta condition.”
Once awareness is established, Phase Two: Observation of Emotion teaches men that emotions are not emergencies. Kevin explains emotions as biochemical indicators of thought rather than signals of truth or danger. Instead of resisting, reacting to, or buffering emotional discomfort, listeners are encouraged to allow emotions to move through the body while gathering the valuable data they reveal about internal beliefs.
Phase Three: Ownership of Action marks a shift from reaction to pro-action. Here, a man learns to stop waiting for motivation and start acting from intention - showing up in discipline, speaking truth, and behaving in alignment with his standards, regardless of how he feels. This is where courage and confidence take form.
In Phase Four: Choosing Conscious Thought, identity intentiona…

Episode 334: The Sacred Mirror - Seeing Yourself Through the Reflections of Others
24 oktober 2025 · 46 min
In this powerful episode, Kevin journeys deep into the mirror of consciousness - into the place where every relationship becomes a reflection of your own energy. What if every person who enters your life is sent by the universe to show you something about yourself? What if every heartbreak, every disappointment, every pattern you repeat isn’t punishment, but a sacred opportunity to awaken? Lees meer
This is the essence of The Sacred Mirror. It’s not about them - it’s never about them. The mirror principle teaches that what you think about others reveals nothing about them and everything about you. And when we don’t learn the lesson the first time, the universe, in its infinite love, keeps sending new reflections - person A1, A2, A3 - each one giving us another chance to see ourselves more clearly.
But when we still don’t wake up, the sacred mirror comes in. This is where the universe flips the reflection. Instead of showing you your behavior in another, it gives you someone who treats you exactly the way you’ve been treating others. It’s the ultimate correction - a divine feedback loop that reveals your own unconscious patterns in real time. It’s not a punishment, brother. It’s mercy. It’s love in motion, guiding you home to awareness.
Through the lens of relationships, betrayal, desire, and projection, this teaching uncovers how the universe continually coaches you toward higher consciousness. You’ll recognize that every “other” is a teacher - every woman, every friend, every conflict - each one designed to wake you up to the truth that there is no “other.” The only correction needed is within your own thought line.
When you finally see the pattern and say, “Thank you, universe - I see it now,” that’s awakening. That’s enlightenment. That’s the end of the loop. You graduate from personality A to personality B, from old energy to new consciousness. And as you correct yourself internally, you shift the external world. The people around you change because you change. The r…

Episode 333: The Three Pillars Of Indomitable Self-Confidence - Thought, Feeling, and Action
17 oktober 2025 · 47 min
In this episode of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, Kevin Aillaud steps away from the Matrix series to revisit one of the most essential elements of the conscious man’s journey - confidence. With precision and presence, Kevin explores what true confidence really is beyond external results, ego validation, or social conditioning. Confidence, as he teaches, is not built through success or achievement - it is built through alignment. Lees meer
Kevin explains that the foundation of confidence rests on three pillars: thoughts, feelings, and actions. When a man thinks truthfully, feels fully, and acts with integrity, he becomes indomitable. Confidence isn’t a mood or personality trait - it’s a spiritual condition rooted in congruence with one’s higher self. It’s the awareness that your inner world shapes the outer world, and that your power lies not in the Matrix, but in your consciousness.
He also draws the distinction between inner awakening and outer awareness, reminding listeners that real transformation begins within. Without self-knowledge, the outer world - the Matrix - becomes a mirror of conditioning and confusion. Most people, Kevin notes, are adults in form but children in consciousness, replaying childhood safety patterns in their relationships, work, and self-image. Confidence is the breaking of that cycle. It’s the courage to follow through on your truth, even when fear arises.
Through story and example, Kevin illustrates this principle with a lesson from a friend whose confidence was tested at work. When she made a declaration - “If this person is promoted over me, I’ll quit” - and didn’t follow through, her confidence took a hit. The point isn’t about quitting or staying; it’s about spiritual integrity. When your higher self speaks and you don’t act in alignment with that truth, you weaken your inner trust. Confidence grows from keeping promises to yourself - especially when fear is present.
Kevin emphasizes that fear does not oppose confidence; rather, it can bec…

Episode 332: Spiritual Movement - Change the Film, Evolve the Matrix
10 oktober 2025 · 45 min
Kevin cuts straight to the heart of what true transformation actually is in this episode: spiritual movement - the inner work that rewrites your perception and, in doing so, rewires the Matrix you live inside. This isn’t about hustling harder or rearranging circumstances. It’s about changing the film you project so the movie of your life stops repeating the same lessons. Lees meer
Kevin opens by clarifying a crucial distinction: physical movement is the visible result - bodies, objects, and events shifting in space. Spiritual movement happens first; it’s the shift in thought, intention, and perception that rearranges the hologram and yields new outcomes. You, as the localized center of consciousness, are the projector. Your energy is the continuous light; your conditioning is the film. Change the film, and the projection changes.
He names two concrete, difficult practices that create spiritual movement. First: decision-making. Decisions don’t require physical effort, but they require courage. Making a choice injects certainty into your intention - not certainty of the outcome, but certainty of direction. Kevin uses the Alan Watts anecdote to show why mental choices are harder than manual labor: the mind resists because it must face infinite data, doubt, and imagination. Choosing anyway turns on a little light in the dark room of amnesia and lets the hologram begin to shift.
Second: restriction. Kevin frames restriction as transforming reactivity - interrupting the habit of instant gratification (fight, flight, freeze) and converting it into a non-reactive, present pause. That pause - the space between feeling and action - is where you process, not react. Buffering, lashing out, fleeing into distractions, or numbing keeps you replaying the same film. Restriction is ego-death from the ego’s view, but it’s spiritual growth from the center’s perspective: it stops old patterns and lets a new film be loaded.
He connects these practices back into the Alpha Male Coach foundation…

Episode 331: Navigating Life - The Power of Consciousness and Cosmic Influence
3 oktober 2025 · 42 min
In this episode, Kevin explores the dynamic interplay between external forces and inner authority, weaving together analogies, spiritual teachings, and practical frameworks for conscious living. At the heart of the discussion lies a question that shapes every life decision: when do we row with effort and willpower, and when do we sail by allowing the currents of the universe to carry us? Lees meer
Kevin begins by comparing life’s unfolding to a journey across an ocean scattered with islands representing career, spirituality, and love. The winds and currents - the neutrino field, planetary alignments, and the larger movements of the cosmos - direct us toward certain destinations at different times. While these external influences shape the trajectory, individuals retain the power of choice, the ability to pick up the oar and row toward desires, even when currents seem to be guiding elsewhere.
Through the lens of astrology, human design, and conscious manifestation, Kevin explains that these frameworks are not in conflict but complementary. The spiritual blueprint, informed by cosmic movements, offers insight into where energy is naturally flowing. Consciousness, however, is the muscle that strengthens through practice, meditation, and intentional thought. The more one rows with awareness, the more powerful that faculty becomes, enabling greater influence over direction and outcome.
The conversation moves deeper into spiritual history, drawing parallels with the teachings of mystics like Krishna, Buddha, and Jesus. Kevin emphasizes that the essence of their message was not external authority, but inner authority - the divine spark within each person. The revolutionary truth they shared was that no religion, government, or system outside of the self is needed to discover truth or live righteously. Over time, however, these teachings were co-opted by institutions, distorting their original intent.
Throughout the episode, Kevin highlights the balance between surrender and eff…

Episode 330: Pick Your Head Up - The Matrix, The Shadow, and Remembering Who You Are
26 september 2025 · 44 min
What if the thing you’ve been following your whole life isn’t your guide - it’s a shadow? In this episode I’m calling you to wake up, brother. We dig into the Matrix metaphor not as science fiction drama but as a clear map of how collective narratives, institutions, and systems (government, money, religion, AI) become second-hand authorities that keep you walking in circles with your head down. This episode is both a wake-up call and a practical guide: learn how to recognize those shadows, use them when useful, and - most importantly - stop letting them be your authority. Lees meer
I unpack why this matters by drawing from human design (my defined head center and the channels that make me a transmitter of meaning), spiritual teachers like Krishnamurti, and timeless wisdom (Rumi: “you are the entire ocean in a drop”). I explain the difference between information and experience - the red pill of remembering who you are - and why true change requires embodied knowing, not just more facts. We trace how the “matrix” is a creation of a creation: useful, derivative, and dependent on our energy. That dependence is why the matrix seeks to keep you distracted and compliant. But it is also why it can be repurposed: once you pick your head up you can use these tools (sundials, systems, institutions) intentionally - rather than be used by them.
We move through Spiral Dynamics and the shift from the first tier (head-down, external authority, sustenance and survival memes) into the second tier (inner authority, being, and self-realization). I show how community care and unity talk can still be head-down if they come from abdication rather than empowerment - and how the real aim is to teach people to remember themselves so institutions eventually serve the individual instead of the other way around.
Expect practical analogies (shadow as sundial and compass), stories from coaching clients who reclaimed authority during times of pressure, and a firm yet compassionate call to action: pick y…

Episode 329: The Authority Within
18 september 2025 · 49 min
In this episode, we take a deep dive into the foundations of belief, authority, and the very nature of reality itself. Beginning with a challenge to external authority and dogmatic belief systems, the conversation moves through science, spirituality, and philosophy to uncover a single, liberating truth: what we seek outside of ourselves is already within. Lees meer
The journey starts with a recognition of how belief can imprison us. To hold too tightly to ideology - whether religious, political, or philosophical - is to risk surrendering our internal authority to external systems. From there, the exploration unfolds into a discussion of the “Matrix” of control and the ways in which government, religion, corporations, and even technology act as projections of what we have forgotten about ourselves.
From science, we explore the neutrino field as an informational network, carrying energy that imprints us from the moment of our birth. We enter the Higgs Boson, often called the “God particle,” as a metaphor for manifestation. Through vivid imagery - the Higgs Boson entering a crowded room, slowed and condensed by attention - we discover how intention pulls energy into form. What appears as thin air becomes matter, illustrating how consciousness itself participates in creation.
This episode also tackles the concept of reincarnation from a perspective beyond religion. Rather than accepting it because prophets and sages taught it, we approach reincarnation as a hypothesis that yields the most benevolent results. If we are destined to return, then every action taken now shapes the future world we inherit. From this standpoint, reincarnation becomes an ecological ethic, urging us to build a utopia today for the generations - and the future selves - who will live in it.
At the core of the teaching is a powerful statement: “What we are looking for is what we are looking with.” External authorities - governments for safety, corporations for creativity, religion for peace, banks for f…

Episode 328: The Matrix Unveiled - Healthcare, Banks, and AI
12 september 2025 · 45 min
In this continuation of our matrix series, we go deeper into three interwoven constructs - healthcare, banks/money, and so-called “artificial intelligence” - and how they function as false authorities only because we hand them our power. This isn’t a hit piece on people. It’s an illumination of ideas. As I say up front, I’m fiery - earth and fire in my blueprint - but I’m not condemning. Good/bad, right/wrong are outdated frames. Like Morpheus says, the matrix is a prison for the mind, a shadow we mistake for the body. I’m pointing at the shadow so you can see the light. Lees meer
We begin with healthcare. I share the story of visiting friends and being struck by the drumbeat of pharmaceutical commercials - slick narratives that say, “You’re doing the natural things - eating real food, moving your body - and it’s still not enough. Take the pill.” I offer a personal example: my dad was put on a preventative cholesterol drug even without high cholesterol, and later told it would be “dangerous” to stop. The point isn’t that doctors are villains; it’s that the system replicates nature poorly and becomes self-serving. I highlight the placebo effect to illustrate the mind’s role in healing and argue that much of the system is a copy of true health. When we forget this, we surrender authority to white coats and acronyms instead of listening to our bodies and living in simple alignment - real food, movement, sunlight, and rest.
From there we move to banks and money. In nature, value flows through exchange - what I have in excess covers your lack, and vice versa. Tribes live this way. Yet we’ve assigned a monetary price to everything - food, water, land - and then centralized the levers (interest, inflation, access) so thoroughly that abundance dies on the vine. I contrast U.S. food waste with global hunger to show the distortion: it’s not that we can’t share; it’s that we won’t because the price tag says no. I’m not calling that evil - I’m asking us to look at results. I point to …

Episode 327: The Matrix Unveiled - Governments, Corporations, and Religion
5 september 2025 · 40 min
In this episode of the Alpha Male Coach Podcast, Kevin takes listeners deep into the structure of the Matrix, exploring how the world’s major systems shape human consciousness. Using the analogy of The Matrix films, Kevin explains that the systems around us - government, corporations, and religion - are not inherently real or absolute; they exist because we collectively give them power. They are constructs of human thought, replicants of natural or spiritual principles, and are maintained through belief, habit, and obedience. Lees meer
Kevin begins with government, unpacking its many forms - from democracy to monarchy, socialism to capitalism - and explaining that all governments are essentially copies of natural governance. They aim to create order out of perceived chaos but often become self-serving and divisive. Kevin emphasizes that no human being has the true capacity to govern another; our innate power lies in self-governance, managing our own thoughts, emotions, and actions. Governments are ideologies in the mind, sustained by collective belief, and are tools through which the Matrix maintains control.
Next, Kevin examines corporations, clarifying that he is not talking about the individuals who work within them, but the corporate structures themselves. Corporations, he explains, are designed to survive and thrive, often through mechanisms like scarcity, planned obsolescence, and marketing. Using Apple and the iPhone as an example, he illustrates how corporations create products that could liberate or connect humanity, yet often restrict access to preserve profit and power. These structures are replicants of evolution, offering innovation while also serving themselves. Understanding and navigating corporations consciously allows individuals to manipulate these systems for their own growth rather than fall victim to them.
Finally, Kevin dives into religion, a topic close to his heart. He distinguishes organized religion from personal spirituality, describing religio…

Episode 326: Beyond Good and Bad - Reclaiming Your Power As A Conscious Creator
29 augustus 2025 · 43 min
In this thought-provoking episode, listeners are invited to explore a radical perspective on human perception—one that challenges the deeply ingrained notions of good and bad. These long-standing concepts, often used to judge events, people, and experiences, are presented not as universal truths but as outdated mental frameworks that limit growth and understanding. Lees meer
The episode begins by examining how societies have historically relied on dualistic thinking to categorize life. Good and bad have been wielded as tools to control behavior, maintain order, and shape collective values. Yet, as consciousness evolves, these binary labels begin to reveal their limitations. They oversimplify reality, overlooking the complexity and nuance inherent in human experience. What once seemed necessary for survival may now hinder deeper awareness and higher forms of understanding.
Listeners are guided through an exploration of how these polarizing concepts affect the way we interpret events in our own lives. When something happens, it is often judged immediately as positive or negative, right or wrong, success or failure. But what if these interpretations are not reflections of reality, but rather projections of conditioned thought? The episode delves into how this conditioning forms, how it influences emotional responses, and how it perpetuates cycles of judgment that keep individuals locked within rigid mental frameworks.
Throughout the discussion, the conversation expands beyond individual psychology into a broader, more universal lens. By letting go of the archaic idea of good and bad, one begins to see life as a fluid unfolding - events occurring not with inherent moral value but as opportunities for growth, awareness, and conscious choice. This perspective does not deny the presence of challenge, discomfort, or consequence; rather, it reframes them, suggesting that what we once labeled as bad may simply be misunderstood, and what we call good may carry unseen costs.

Episode 325: The Matrix Is Real - Waking Up From The Prison Of The Mind
22 augustus 2025 · 39 min
The Matrix was never just science fiction - it was a documentary in disguise. In this episode, we dive into the truth hidden behind the Wachowskis’ story and expose the real machinery that runs our world. Governments, corporations, religions, healthcare systems, and economies all mirror the same false design: a copy of reality, slightly distorted, just enough to hook you in and keep you blind to the truth. Lees meer
This is not about fantasy. It’s about consciousness. Just like Neo, you were born into bondage, a prison for your mind. And just like Morpheus, I’m here to show you that there is a way out.
First, we step into the construct - the space of education, mind management, and the model of alignment. This is where you learn the laws of consciousness - the law of attraction, the law of affinity, the power of thought and belief. These are the rules of the matrix, and because they are rules, they can be bent, hacked, and even rewritten. Here, you train your mind like Neo downloaded Kung Fu - to reprogram your thoughts, elevate your emotions, and create intentional results.
Second, once you’ve mastered the construct, you go back into the matrix. Why? To manipulate for transformation. This is where you take what you’ve learned and apply it to real life: building wealth, creating businesses, designing relationships, improving health, or even awakening others to their own power. You maximize your human experience by proving what’s possible.
Finally, we explore the greater mission. You don’t have to become a warrior for consciousness - living free in Zion is enough. But every awakened mind weakens the machine. As more of us unplug from the illusion, the false system collapses under its own weight, and we return to a symbiotic, harmonious existence. That’s not utopia - that’s reality when it’s undistorted.
The matrix is everywhere, all around you. You feel it when you pay your taxes, when you go to work, when you consume what you’ve been told is “good.” It’s the imitation o…

Episode 324: Control Over Ownership - Mastering The Flow Of Life's Energy
15 augustus 2025 · 41 min
In this episode, we challenge one of the most deeply ingrained beliefs in our culture — the idea that ownership is the ultimate form of power. From the way we measure success to the way we define security, most of us have been conditioned to believe that having something — whether it’s a house, a business, a piece of land, or even a relationship — is what gives us stability and influence. But what if that belief is an illusion? What if real power doesn’t come from owning something at all, but from controlling it? Lees meer
Through story, analogy, and grounded examples, we unpack the subtle yet transformative difference between ownership and control. Ownership ties you to a fixed position. It locks you into maintenance, legal obligations, taxes, and the ongoing risk of loss. Control, on the other hand, is dynamic — it gives you influence without the weight of permanent responsibility. Control lets you direct the use, function, and outcomes of something without being chained to its upkeep.
We explore how this distinction plays out in multiple areas of life — from personal finances to relationships, from business ventures to lifestyle design. Ownership often looks powerful from the outside, but in reality, it can drain time, attention, and energy. Control offers freedom, flexibility, and adaptability. While ownership can make you feel secure, it can also trap you. Control allows you to pivot when conditions change, to maximize benefits without taking on unnecessary burdens.
This isn’t just about material possessions. We also look at how the control-over-ownership principle applies to intangible areas: knowledge, opportunities, skills, and even time. The question becomes, not “What do I have?” but “What can I direct? What can I influence?” It’s a shift from attachment to agility, from possession to power.
We break down how adopting a mindset of control over ownership can free you from the cultural hamster wheel of “more, bigger, better.” It’s not about collecting assets you …

Episode 323: The Dreamer, Ignorance, and The Power Of Conscious Creation
8 augustus 2025 · 42 min
In this episode of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, we step back to see the bigger picture - a perspective that goes beyond daily struggles and into the foundation of how reality itself is created. Brother, we explore the source of our collective results, from governments and economies to our personal lives, and trace them back to a single point of origin: thought. Lees meer
You’ll learn why nothing in our world - money, politics, or even societal structures - exists without human consciousness. These are not independent forces. They are results of ideologies that have been repeated, reinforced, and manifested into the dream we call reality. And just like a dream, most of us remain unaware that we are creating it.
In this episode, I shift from the "game" analogy to a powerful new framework: the "dream analogy." Here, we see life not as a battle against an external opponent but as a shared dream emerging from a single source - one dreamer. Whether you call it God, Gaia, Sophia, or universal intelligence, the truth is the same: we are all projections of this one dreamer. When we awaken within this dream - when we become lucid - we gain the ability to consciously shape it.
We’ll break down:
How ignorance creates error, and why these errors are not “bad,” but simply signals pointing us toward correction.
Why suffering is not punishment, but feedback - a call to return to wisdom.
How to use the model of alignment to uncover the root of your results and transform them from the inside out.
Why the real opponent isn’t other people, circumstances, or even “evil” in the traditional sense, but the unconscious ideologies that keep us asleep in the dream.
Brothers, this is not about judgment. This is not about shame. This is about awareness. When you understand that all suffering stems from ignorance - not malice - you begin to see the pathway to change. You stop blaming “the world out there” and start recognizing your role as a lucid dreamer, a creator capable of shifting your pers…

Episode 322: The Illusion Of Evil - Reclaiming Power From Victim Mentality
1 augustus 2025 · 41 min
In this episode of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, we dive deep into one of the most deeply rooted beliefs in the collective human psyche: the problem of evil. Brother, this isn’t just about philosophy or theology - it’s about the stories you’ve inherited, the ideologies you live by, and how they unconsciously shape your life. Lees meer
For centuries, humanity has been conditioned to see evil as an external force - something “out there” waging war against goodness, leaving us as victims caught in the middle. But in this episode, we dismantle that narrative. We look at the evolution of belief systems, from animism and polytheism to monotheism, and now to the unified understanding of energy and consciousness.
Here’s the truth: evil is not an entity, a demon, or an outside force. Evil is ignorance. It’s an uncorrected error born from false thoughts, unchecked habits, and collective conditioning. From ignorance comes error, and from error comes suffering. And when you see this clearly, you reclaim total responsibility for your life.
This isn’t about blame - it’s about power. You are not a pawn in a cosmic battle between light and darkness. You are a conscious creator in a unified field of abundance, and everything in your experience is happening for you. When you begin to see evil not as an external opponent but as a byproduct of unexamined thought, you strip the victim mentality of its power and step fully into radical accountability.
In this episode, we’ll explore:
How ancient belief systems shaped our view of good and evil
Why externalizing evil keeps you trapped in victimhood
The unified perspective that eliminates the illusion of evil
How ignorance leads to error, and error leads to unnecessary suffering
How to apply the “scientific method” of the model of alignment to dismantle false beliefs
Brother, this conversation is about reclaiming your sovereignty. It’s about shifting from “life is happening to me” to “life is happening for me.” When you stop fighting imagin…

Episode 321: The Spiritual Blueprint
25 juli 2025 · 47 min
In this episode, Kevin Aillaud dives deep into the core of our energetic architecture—our spiritual DNA—and how understanding your unique blueprint can bring clarity, purpose, and freedom to your life. Using his own energetic design as an example, Kevin explores three of his defining channels: the Channel of Abstraction, the Channel of Structuring, and the Channel of Perfected Form. Lees meer
Kevin explains how the Channel of Abstraction gives him the gift of mental clarity, allowing him to transform confusion from past experiences into insight for the collective. It’s not about logic, but vibration—a knowing that arises beyond mere thought. This inner clarity flows into the Channel of Structuring, which takes those insights and manifests them through teaching, storytelling, and one-on-one transformation. These gifts, Kevin reveals, have shaped his entire life path—from coaching to entrepreneurship to guiding men through the Academy.
The conversation then turns to the Channel of Perfected Form, which Kevin describes as a survival-based gift of self-expression. This channel is grounded in self-love and intuitive awareness, driving him to carve his own path and live unapologetically by his own design. Kevin shares how this channel pushed him beyond the confines of societal expectations—away from the traditional workforce and toward a life of freedom, creation, and alignment. His journey exemplifies how living authentically can inspire others to break free from limiting structures and step fully into their own power.
But this episode isn’t about Kevin—it’s about you. Kevin emphasizes that every man has a spiritual blueprint, an energetic map filled with unique gifts and strengths. While you may not share his specific channels, you hold the same potential for transformation. Through understanding your strategy, authority, and energetic design, you can gain clarity on your past and create a more effective path forward.
This episode challenges you to see life as both a game an…

Episode 320: The Myth Of Unworthiness
18 juli 2025 · 42 min
Brothers, welcome back to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast. Lees meer
In this episode, we dive deep into what I call the pandemic of the human psyche: the unspoken, unconscious belief that we are not enough. That we are unworthy. This isn't just a surface-level issue. This is the root of all suffering — the foundational ignorance at the core of our individual and collective experience. From this single thought, this single error, unfolds a cascade of consequences: insecurity, anxiety, addiction, self-sabotage, violence, and even what we label as "evil."
What I offer you here is not just philosophy — this is gnosis. This is knowledge. This is the core teaching of mystics, sages, and spiritual traditions going back thousands of years: know thyself. Because without self-knowledge, without understanding how your own stories are creating your life, you're bound to repeat the same mistakes. And unchecked error leads to evil — not because of some external force, but because of a failure to observe and correct the ignorance within.
We explore how the belief "I am not enough" shows up in your unintentional model of alignment. I walk you through how this belief branches into all areas of your life: relationships, career, finances, self-image, and your spiritual journey. I also explain how the model of alignment is the tool to mine your psyche, chip away at your conditioning, and find the mother load — the core story that is creating your experience of limitation and suffering.
This episode is a reminder that your creation myth — the story you believe about where you come from and why you're here — directly influences whether you see yourself as worthy or unworthy. And I make it clear: this belief is not based on what is true or real, but on what is conditioned — passed down by culture, family, and collective ideology. The majority is not always right. The familiar is not always helpful. And tradition is not always truth.
Your life is a game. And if you're playing without knowing the …

Episode 319: Transforming Energy Through Restriction
11 juli 2025 · 49 min
In this episode, we go deep into the subtle yet powerful force that governs most of our suffering — the resistance to emotion. It’s not the world that causes pain, but our relationship to vibration, to feeling, and ultimately to our own thoughts. Brother, this is a practical lesson in the art of processing emotions by identifying the reactive patterns of the beta condition and learning how to restrict them — not with force, but with awareness, love, and intention. Lees meer
We revisit the “A-line” in the model of alignment and explore how buffering, avoidance, and reaction show up in everyday life. From the impulse to dominate a conversation to the craving for validation, from the passive avoidance of inner work to the compulsive distractions of dopamine-seeking behaviors — it’s all part of the same energetic dance. And if we’re not conscious of how we move, we suffer.
You’ll hear examples of how the ego — both in its inflated and inverted forms — manipulates thought to flee from discomfort and chase pleasure. But these reactions never lead to true peace. They reinforce the illusion of separation. In this episode, we break down how to restrict those reactions and instead process what’s arising in the body with presence and purpose.
We discuss how restriction is not suppression. It’s not about pushing away the ego. It’s about observing the energy, processing it, and transforming it. This transformation is what allows us to step into the alpha state — where action comes from love, from truth, from the abundance of unity consciousness. The reward is not just emotional clarity, but energetic alignment with the real purpose of your life.
This episode also returns us to the foundational tools of the Academy — buffering and models. Why? Because buffering is the low-hanging fruit. It’s the easy-to-spot behavior that reveals the deeper resistance. And the model of alignment is how we clean the dirty window, how we see clearly, and how we reprogram our stories so we can live inten…

Episode 318: How To Score Points In The Game Of Life
4 juli 2025 · 43 min
Welcome back to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, brothers. In this powerful episode, we return to the “Life Is A Game” series and uncover Rule #4—how to keep score in this game we call life. We've talked about the board, the teammates, the opponent, and now we get to what really matters: the purpose of the game and how we measure success from a quantum, spiritual perspective. Lees meer
The question at the center of this episode is: Why are we here? And more importantly, how do we know if we’re winning? This isn't about material victories or external rewards. Scoring points in life means transforming who you are. It's about shifting from reactivity to proactivity, from being an effect of the world to being a cause in the world. Every moment you catch yourself reacting—and choose to create instead—you’ve just scored a point.
We explore the binary nature of this spiritual game. Every choice is either tipping the scale toward expansion and consciousness or toward contraction and unconsciousness. The opponent’s job is to pull you into reaction. Your job is to transform that instinct into a conscious, intentional action. It’s that transformation that earns the points.
Through deep teaching and clear analogies, I walk you through this process using the Model of Alignment, a tool to help you see your patterns and interrupt them. Whether it’s in your thoughts, feelings, or actions, there’s always a moment to step in and reclaim your power. I give you four scenarios—four different men facing the same million-dollar temptation—to show how transformation isn’t about what you do, but who you’re being when you do it.
I also share how spiritual transformation connects you to the quantum field, where manifestation begins. The greater the transformation, the greater the power you access. This is where you become a conscious creator, a player in the game who knows how to score big, not by trying harder, but by aligning deeper.
You’ll learn why buffering (those small, unconscious habits and …

Episode 317: Relationships: Teammates In The Game
27 juni 2025 · 43 min
In this episode of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, we explore the true purpose of relationships—not just romantic partnerships or friendships, but all forms of relationships, including those with family, children, places, objects, and even the self. From a spiritual perspective, relationships are not random or superficial—they are the spiritual technology through which we evolve, grow, and transform our energy. Lees meer
Kevin introduces a foundational idea: for any religion or spiritual path to be truly valuable and unified with others, it must contain two essential components—generosity and ego transcendence. In other words, all spiritual growth is about giving more and taming the self-centered mind. This principle becomes the lens through which we examine every relationship in life.
Through this lens, Kevin explores how all relationships serve a dual purpose. They are either:
An opportunity to give more—to love, to serve, to support, or even just to offer gratitude; or
An opportunity to let go—to witness our reactivity, confront our triggers, and dissolve the ego’s grip on our identity.
He dives deep into the four special types of relationships that most men encounter:
Family: These are karmically chosen bonds, often challenging, always deeply significant. Family members are permanent teammates who mirror your deepest lessons and patterns.
Marriage/Partnership: A profound spiritual alliance, whether arranged or chosen, that intensifies your growth. Your partner is meant to activate your karma—and support you in transforming it.
Children: Souls who choose you as their parent for karmic work. Especially in their early years, they help you grow by mirroring your energy back to you.
Friends: These are energetic guideposts that shift and evolve throughout life. They reflect where you are on your journey and offer both support and challenge.
Kevin explains how these relationships are not random, but energetically aligned to provide exactly the lessons, opportunities, an…

Episode 316: Time Is Not The Problem
20 juni 2025 · 52 min
In this episode of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, we go deep into the illusion of time scarcity and how to shift from managing your schedule to mastering your consciousness. The truth is, brother—time is not your enemy. It’s not even the problem. The belief that you don’t have enough time is a story you've been conditioned to tell yourself, and it’s holding you back from living in alignment with your true purpose. Lees meer
You’ll hear a full breakdown of what a conscious, intentional day looks like—from daily spiritual connection and journaling to workouts, team calls, gardening, volunteering, falconry, and more. This isn’t about productivity for the sake of efficiency. It’s about sacred prioritization. Every action I take is a conscious decision, and every commitment is aligned with the man I choose to be. I lay it all out so you can see how it’s not about doing more, but about deciding clearly and intentionally what belongs in your life—and what doesn’t.
We also talk about the calendar, not as a constraint, but as a tool of liberation. When you live on your calendar, you take ownership of your time. You become the author of your days. That doesn’t mean rigidity—it means structure with flow. It means listening to the movement of your inner world while honoring the agreements you've made with yourself.
Throughout the episode, I offer practical strategies to transform your relationship with time. I show you how to prepare ahead of time with future-focused thinking, compelling reasons, and decision-making. Then I give you tools to navigate the moment—pausing, asking the deeper questions, and remembering who you are as consciousness.
This episode isn’t about fitting more into your schedule. It’s about removing the illusion that you’re a victim of your calendar. It's a reminder that time bends to your belief. That reality is your reflection. That everything you’re not doing is either something you’re avoiding or something you haven’t chosen yet.
If you’ve ever told yourself…

Episode 315: Rule #2 - The Object Of Our Desire
13 juni 2025 · 48 min
In this powerful episode, Kevin breaks down the core “game” we’re all playing as human beings — the game of life — with clarity and passion. Brothers, Kevin reminds us that everything we truly desire in life ultimately comes from one source: energy, consciousness, or “light.” He challenges the common beliefs rooted in the matrix or “beta condition” — the illusion that we’re here just to pursue wealth, family, legacy, health, travel, or even truth itself. These are all external byproducts, reflections of deeper inner work, and temporary pleasures felt through our five senses. Lees meer
The real purpose, Kevin teaches, is to desire to earn the Light of consciousness expansion — to score points in life by receiving and embodying more light, more energy, more presence. It’s not about the external results themselves, but about the internal awakening and transformation behind those results. This episode serves as the foundation for understanding the true “rules” of this game we’re playing — the spiritual laws that govern consciousness and energy exchange.
Kevin also introduces the concept of the Alpha state — the awakened, sovereign human who remembers their divine purpose and is actively correcting the course of their life through spiritual correction and karma balancing. Unlike the beta condition, which is reactive and trapped in the matrix of confusion, the alpha actively transforms darkness into light, chaos into order. The external world is both a mirror reflecting our internal imbalances and a reward system showing what we’ve earned through spiritual work.
Throughout the episode, Kevin emphasizes that this path is not religious or dogmatic. It’s a technology and science of living, non-sectarian and universal, designed to empower us to bring light into every aspect of our human life — relationships, work, health, and beyond. You don’t need to abandon your daily life or run away to a monastery; you can walk this path right here and now, fully engaged in the world but not co…

Episode 314: Rule #1 - Two Realities
6 juni 2025 · 45 min
In this powerful episode, Kevin takes you on a deep dive into the true nature of reality and the fundamental rules of the game we call life. Most people live trapped inside what Kevin calls the “Matrix” — the small, visible portion of reality that we can see, hear, touch, taste, and smell. But this matrix makes up less than 1% of all that exists. The other 99% is the endless realm — an invisible energetic dimension of consciousness, thought, and spiritual DNA that governs the cause behind every effect we experience in the physical world. Lees meer
Kevin explains the concept of cause and effect through the famous butterfly effect: how the flap of a butterfly’s wings on one side of the world can set off a chain of events leading to a tornado thousands of miles away. This illustrates how everything is connected energetically, even if we cannot perceive it directly. Our everyday actions, even as small as slamming a car door, ripple through this unseen realm to create effects far beyond what we imagine.
The challenge for most of us is that we live focusing only on the matrix — the shadows on the wall — trying to change our lives by adjusting surface-level events. But true, lasting transformation can only happen when we connect to the endless realm, the spiritual source where the root causes lie. Kevin uses the analogy of a shadow on the sidewalk: you cannot move a person’s arm by touching their shadow; you must reach the arm itself to create real change.
Throughout history, great minds like Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, and spiritual leaders such as Jesus, Muhammad, Moses, and Siddhartha have tapped into this endless realm to bring forth life-altering inventions, ideas, and teachings. They accessed the alpha state — the true source of power and creation — enabling them to shape reality beyond the physical.
Kevin invites listeners to recognize the two basic realities we live within: the matrix (the limited physical world) and the endless realm (the vast energet…

Episode 313: The Game Of Life - The Recap
30 mei 2025 · 49 min
In this episode, we dive deep into one of the most transformative spiritual practices: doing the opposite of what your ego tells you to do. This teaching isn’t just about being contrarian—it’s about understanding that the opponent, the ego, is a force that contracts your consciousness and diminishes your vessel. And just like any force—like gravity—it can be resisted. Not with hatred or struggle, but with awareness, with repetition, and with action rooted in love and higher intention. Lees meer
We begin with the recognition that modern life is full of subtle temptations to remain asleep: to complain instead of appreciate, to judge instead of love, to react instead of respond. These are not just behavioral habits, they are spiritual exercises handed over to the ego. But when we choose to do the opposite—to act with consciousness instead of compulsion—we begin the process of inner expansion.
Drawing from my past experience as a fitness trainer and coach, I offer a powerful metaphor that brings this lesson home. Just like physical strength is built through resisting gravity—through deadlifts, squats, and bench presses—spiritual strength is built by resisting the opponent. The force of the ego, like gravity, is not “bad.” It exists to serve your growth. When you lift against it, you get stronger. But when you surrender to it, you atrophy—physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
I share stories from my time volunteering with hospice patients to illustrate this even further. When the body is no longer resisting gravity, when movement ceases and the vessel weakens, we see what happens in the absence of resistance. The same happens in consciousness: when we stop working against the ego, our inner strength fades. We lose access to joy, love, gratitude, confidence, and generosity—not because these energies aren’t real, but because we no longer have the capacity to hold them.
Brothers, everything is energy. Everything is consciousness. Reality itself is a projection, a…

Episode 312: The Game Of Life - The Opponent 2
23 mei 2025 · 48 min
In this powerful episode, we dive deep into the nature of the “opponent” — the ego-driven force within us that perpetuates selfishness, pain, and separation. The core message revolves around how this opponent continuously pushes us into patterns of egocentricity, fear, doubt, jealousy, and suffering, keeping us trapped in a cycle of repeated pain and ignorance. But the good news? The Source has already given us a way to rise above this force and reclaim the pure consciousness and everlasting happiness that was originally ours. Lees meer
The episode breaks down four crucial ways the Source empowers us to overcome the opponent:
First, we are able to feel potential pain without having to experience the full blow of actual pain. This is the mercy built into the game — a protective measure allowing us to confront challenges without being destroyed by them.
Second, we can let the ego take the hit instead of the soul taking the hit. The ego is a false self, a mask crafted by the opponent to keep us trapped in selfishness and suffering. By allowing the ego to suffer and absorb the pain, the soul remains unharmed and free to move toward greater awareness and freedom.
Third, the game asks us to choose short-term pain over long-term suffering. This is the essence of renouncing selfishness. Though letting go of ego-driven desires hurts — and it hurts deeply — this initial pain is a shortcut to breaking free from the cycle of long-lasting pain, disease, emotional turmoil, and repeated lifetimes of suffering.
Fourth, constant awareness of the pain and its purpose is essential. Recognizing that the pain inflicted by the opponent is a signal, a challenge designed to lead us toward greater consciousness, helps us endure and even welcome the discomfort. This awareness transforms pain from an enemy into a guide.
The episode further unpacks how selfishness is not simply a human flaw but the opponent’s primary tool, disguised under countless expressions like jealousy, anger, fear, and doub…

Episode 311: The Game Of Life - The Opponent, Part 1
16 mei 2025 · 51 min
In this multi-part episode, we go deep into the game of life — not as it appears on the surface, but as it truly is in the unseen world of consciousness, energy, and soul design. This isn’t about philosophy or religion. It’s about remembering. It’s about returning. It’s about rising. Lees meer
In Part 1, we begin with the “who” — who you truly are beneath the illusions. You are not the body. You are not your thoughts. You are not your beta condition. You are the vessel designed to receive and radiate endless energy. You are the alpha state, the spark of the Source, sent here not to suffer but to succeed — to remember your divinity, to overcome the illusion of separation, and to return home with more than you left with.
In Part 2, we dive into the “why” — why you came here. We explore the divine intention behind your descent into this realm of contrast and duality. You didn’t fall by accident; you came to transform lack into abundance, pain into power, and illusion into truth. You came to earn what was once given freely — to become a creator like the Creator. And we introduce the key player in this journey: the opponent, the force that appears negative but ultimately serves your elevation.
In Part 3, we explore the “how” — how the fall happened, how the opponent infiltrated the vessel, and how low self-worth became the greatest lie ever told. Through metaphor and story, we uncover how temptation lured us into short-term pleasure, how shame disconnected us from the Source, and how the ego — the voice of the opponent — became the dominant operating system for humanity. But this isn’t a story of defeat. It’s the beginning of the awakening.
This episode sets the stage for learning how to play the game — to know the rules, develop your strategy, and practice with purpose. Because when you do, brother, you win. And when you win, you earn the energy, the light, the love that has always been yours.
Next week, we go deeper into the opponent’s use of pain — and how to transcend it.

Episode 310: The Game Of Life - The Why
9 mei 2025 · 49 min
Life, as we experience it, isn’t random. It’s a game. And here’s the catch: we’re not just players; we signed up for this. We agreed to step into these bodies, with all the limitations and struggles, because we knew that the deeper our experience, the closer we would get to the light we all seek. That light is our true nature — pure, endless, radiant energy. But there’s a catch: we don’t just get to have it handed to us. We have to earn it. Lees meer
Now, I know this might sound like a lot of philosophical fluff. But bear with me. The reason life feels hard sometimes, why we’re constantly facing challenges, is because we’re learning how to interact with the energy around us in a way that brings us closer to that light. Every challenge, every setback, is an opportunity to choose again, to let go of fear, to move through resistance, and to step into something higher.
You’ve heard of the ego, right? It’s the part of us that wants control, that wants to keep us separate, that always wants to react from a place of fear. It’s not the enemy, though. It’s a tool — a part of the game that helps us grow. But here’s the thing: when you’re aware of the ego, you don’t have to be ruled by it. It’s like any tool. You can use it or you can let it use you. The more you choose love over fear, the more you expand your ability to give, to love, to be present, to hold space — and in that space, you find light.
And here's where it gets really interesting: giving is not about overgiving, people-pleasing, or pretending to be selfless. True giving comes from a place of wholeness. You cannot give what you don’t have. So, if you’re feeling drained, or if you’re giving out of obligation, that’s not true giving. It’s a transaction. And you’re missing the point. True giving is when you’re full of your own energy — and when you give from that place, it doesn’t deplete you. It amplifies you.
Let’s talk about the vessel for a moment. The vessel is you. It’s me. It’s every human being walking this earth.…

Episode 309: The Game Of Life Part 1 - The What
2 mei 2025 · 43 min
In this powerful and illuminating episode, Kevin takes listeners on a journey into the heart of what he calls “the game of life”—not as a metaphor for competition, but as a spiritual blueprint for awakening. With his signature clarity and energy, he unpacks what the game truly is, how it works, and most importantly, why we’re playing it. Lees meer
At its core, the point of the game is expansion. Not just intellectual growth, not just material achievement—but a deep, soul-level expansion of consciousness, energy, and alignment with truth. Kevin explains that we didn’t come here to suffer, chase status, or fix the world. We came here to remember who we really are: limitless, eternal beings playing a temporary role. Life is not happening to us—it’s happening for us. And once we’re ready, it begins happening through us.
He describes three levels of awareness in the game: first, where we feel like victims of life (“It’s happening to me”); second, where we begin to see life as a teacher (“It’s happening for me”); and finally, the level of divine embodiment (“It’s happening through me”). As we level up through these stages, the game becomes clearer, lighter, and more joyful—even in the midst of challenge.
Kevin challenges listeners to stop sleepwalking through life. The default setting of the game is ego: fear, scarcity, control, validation. But that’s not the point. The point is not to win in the eyes of the world, but to wake up and play consciously. To recognize every challenge as training, every trigger as a tool, and every relationship as a mirror. To dissolve the illusion of separateness and remember our true nature as love and awareness.
The game isn’t random. It’s beautifully designed. You chose your role. You chose your circumstances. And even though you’ve forgotten the rules, they’re always guiding you back to truth. Kevin explains how your soul knows the path, and when you surrender to that inner wisdom, life begins to flow in alignment. Miracles become normal. Peac…

Episode 307: The Alpha Male Coach Podcast
1 oktober 2024 · 44 min
Brothers, today I want to give you a big-picture view of what this podcast has been about, where we've been, and why we've been here. Over the past six years, we've explored some of the deepest concepts around the mind, energy, and the nature of reality, all with the goal of elevating your alpha. Now, it's time to summarize it all, and let me tell you, it boils down to three main points. Lees meer
First and foremost, this podcast has been about service. At its most obvious and superficial level, my goal has been to help you. It’s about simplifying complex ideas—whether it's mind management, self-mastery, or the frameworks we’ve explored like spiral dynamics, human design, and Krishnamurti’s work. My role has been to take all that complexity, all that information, and make it understandable and applicable for you. But here's the thing, brothers: while that service has been real and important, it's rooted in duality. There’s the assumption that I’m the teacher and you’re the student. It’s useful, but it’s just one layer, and it’s the most surface-level reason behind this podcast.
Now, let’s go a bit deeper. Beyond service, this podcast has been a personal journey for me. You've been with me, witnessing my own evolution, my growth. From the very first episode, I came to you with my own perspective—one that was built on the foundations of philosophy, religion, quantum mechanics, and more. But as we moved forward, you saw my mind evolve. You watched as I investigated new frameworks, learned new concepts, and questioned old beliefs. This podcast has been a platform for me to share my personal journey, and you've been a part of that every step of the way. For that, I am grateful. So, while I’ve been serving you, you’ve also been witnessing my transformation. It’s a journey we’ve taken together.
And finally, the deepest layer, the most subtle point, is that this podcast has been about the release of energy. Karma, brothers, means action, and everything we do is an expression of p…

Episode 306: Skills vs. Systems
27 september 2024 · 47 min
In this episode, we're diving deep into one of the key aspects of Human Design: the difference between skills and systems. Now, as many of you know, I’m a projector, and this really shapes how I’ve experienced life, especially when it comes to learning new things. I’ve spent years living in different countries, totally immersed in the culture, working hard to learn languages like Spanish and Chinese, and yet—I still don’t speak them fluently. But then, I see my friends who are generators, picking up these skills almost effortlessly in a fraction of the time. It used to frustrate me, but it all makes sense once you understand the Human Design framework. Lees meer
Generators are built to master skills. They’re the doers. They have this natural energy for repetition, for practice, for honing in on a specific task until they perfect it. They’re like the chess pieces on a board—each with their unique strengths and abilities. But what about us projectors? Well, we don’t operate like that. While a generator might be able to dive into a skill and refine it, we’re here to see the big picture. Our gift lies in understanding the system behind that skill, in seeing how all the moving parts work together, and guiding others to their mastery.
I’ve experienced this over and over in my life. Take music, for example. I’ve tried to learn instruments like the piano and guitar. I could sit there and practice for hours, but no matter how much time I put in, I just couldn’t get past being average. But here’s the thing: I understand the system of music perfectly. I can read music like the back of my hand. I know the notes, the rhythms, the scales. I just can’t play them well. And the same thing happened in sports—like when I was a competitive shooter. I never ranked high in competitions, but I could teach people how to shoot, and they’d become champions. Why? Because I understood the system behind shooting, the strategies, the techniques.
This episode is about embracing that difference. As proj…

Episode 305: Compassion vs. Pity
17 september 2024 · 40 min
In this episode, we take a deep dive into two critical concepts: compassion and pity—and why understanding the difference between them is essential for your spiritual journey. On the surface, these two ideas may seem similar. Both involve recognizing someone else's suffering and taking action, but the energy and vibration behind them are completely different. Brothers, this is where the real work begins. Lees meer
Let’s break it down. Compassion comes from love, unity, and an understanding of the oneness of all beings. It recognizes that suffering is a projection of the mind—an illusion. When you see someone experiencing pain, you know it’s just a story they are telling themselves, just like the stories you tell yourself. Compassion isn’t about agreeing with the story; it’s about seeing the deeper truth. When you act out of compassion, you’re acting from a place of love. You help because you know that everything is connected, and by uplifting someone else, you uplift yourself. There’s no fear involved. It’s pure love. It's knowing that the person you’re helping is just another version of you, another aspect of the oneness we all share.
Now, contrast that with pity. Pity comes from fear. You see someone suffering, and your mind immediately projects onto them, thinking, “I don’t want that to be me.” Pity stems from the fear that you might end up like the person you're helping. So you act, but your action is driven by fear, not love. You believe in the illusion of their suffering, and by believing it, you reinforce it. It’s still action, but it's not coming from the highest place. And brothers, if you’re acting out of fear, you’re still trapped in the lower vibration of the third dimension. You're reacting to the illusion instead of rising above it.
This distinction is crucial, not just in how we interact with others, but also in how we treat ourselves. Are you practicing self-compassion or self-pity? When you’re in self-pity, you’re telling yourself a fear-based story, feed…

Episode 303: Neutrality To Knowledge
15 juli 2024 · 42 min
Hey brothers, I want to dive deep into a concept that might sound counterintuitive at first: the idea that depression is actually an upgrade for the human species. I know it sounds crazy, but stick with me here. When we start to move from our conditioned beta state towards neutrality and beyond, we begin to pierce the shell of our ego, our "I-ness." This initial breakthrough can feel like entering a dark, cloudy, and rainy world where nothing matters, much like the downtrodden side of the meme where a person is slumped over and unhappy. Lees meer
When you first confront the realization that nothing matters, it often leads to a state of depression. This isn't a bad thing. In fact, it's an important step in our evolution. Depression signals that our crisis monitoring system is lowering, helping us recognize that nothing, indeed, matters. This realization aligns with what mystics, saints, and sages have always known: everything is empty, a hologram, a dream state. We start to understand that our ego, our attachments, our possessions, and even our relationships don't really matter.
Many people are uncomfortable with this idea because it contrasts sharply with our conditioning, which tells us that our lives and identities are supremely important. But the truth is, nothing matters. And that's liberating. It's the beginning of moving from ignorance to knowledge, from ego to true self.
I know some coaches will tell you to strengthen your ego, to build a strong persona. And that's okay; it's not wrong. But if you want to move beyond the ego, to break through to the other side, you must let go of the idea that your ego matters. When you do, you’ll experience what’s on the other side of the meme: bliss, harmony, and love.
Moving from ignorance to knowledge is like returning to the Garden of Eden. The story goes that we lost our true knowledge when we ate from the Tree of Knowledge and became aware of our ego. But when we regain this knowledge, we understand that nothing matters, an…

Episode 302: Guideposts On The Path
28 juni 2024 · 46 min
Brothers, today I want to share a journey that transcends the surface of our daily struggles. This is not about acquiring more, but about transcending the very need to seek and cling. Our minds, if left unmanaged, lead us into cycles of suffering. They trick us into chasing pleasure and avoiding pain, keeping us trapped in a perpetual state of dissatisfaction. Lees meer
Recognize the Source of Suffering
The first step on this journey is recognizing that our suffering is not caused by external circumstances but by our reactions to them. Life is not about the content we experience but the dualities we create—pleasure and pain, good and bad. This duality is an illusion created by our conditioned mind, which is always seeking pleasure and avoiding pain.
Step into Neutrality
By stepping into neutrality, separating thoughts from facts, we begin to see clearly. This is crucial, brothers. You must understand that your feelings are not dictated by the world around you but by your mind's interpretation of it. When you learn to separate your thoughts from facts, you gain control over your emotional responses. This is where true freedom begins.
Ask the Fundamental Question: Who Am I?
Once we achieve this state of neutrality, we delve deeper, asking the fundamental question: "Who am I?" This is not a mere intellectual exercise but a profound inquiry into the nature of the self. You are not your body, your mind, or the story you tell yourself. Everything is in a constant state of flux. The body, the mind, the story—all are impermanent. When we grasp this, we gain knowledge. And with this knowledge comes liberation.
Understand Impermanence
Impermanence is the key to understanding the nature of reality. The body you had yesterday is not the same body you have today. Everything changes, and nothing remains static. This knowledge of impermanence is what moves you from ignorance to enlightenment. It liberates you from the suffering caused by attachment and aversion.
Liberation Through…

Episode 301: 3 Levels Of Understanding - The Remix
14 juni 2024 · 42 min
Brothers, the journey to true self-understanding is profound and multifaceted, spanning three distinct levels: devotional, intellectual, and actual understanding. Let’s explore each level deeply and clearly. Lees meer
1. Devotional Understanding: This is where most people start, accepting knowledge from authorities without personal inquiry. Think of the flat Earth belief or following health guidelines without question. In terms of self-knowledge, many rely on religions or influential figures to define who they are. It’s effortless but superficial and highly prone to error.
2. Intellectual Understanding: This stage demands personal engagement, research, and critical thinking. Imagine Galileo challenging the flat Earth theory or an individual diving deep into the science behind health guidelines. For self-knowledge, this means actively exploring various paths and philosophies. It’s deeper than the devotional level but remains theoretical, forming an intellectual comprehension of the self.
3. Actual Understanding: Here, knowledge is gained through direct experience, fundamentally transforming one’s perception. Picture astronauts seeing Earth from space or someone experiencing the effects of a well-researched health practice. In self-knowledge, actual understanding comes from inner experiences—meditation, mindfulness, personal insights—that reveal the true self beyond intellectual constructs.
The Path to Self-Knowledge: Most people never ask, "Who am I?" They’re consumed by survival or distracted by trivial pursuits. Those who do ask this profound question are rare, and even fewer move beyond devotional understanding, often adhering to a religion or philosophy without deeper inquiry. For the few who seek intellectual understanding, there are many paths. The journey is unique, requiring perseverance and openness to different frameworks and philosophies. But intellectual comprehension isn’t the end. It must lead to actual understanding through direct experience.

Episode 300: 3 Levels Of Understanding
7 juni 2024 · 42 min
Alright, listen up, brothers. Today, I’m breaking down something crucial for your journey—whether it’s a literal trip from Portland to Seattle or your personal path to enlightenment and success. Imagine trusting someone like Kevin, a well-traveled guy, to guide you from Portland to Seattle. You might start with faith in his directions, but real understanding comes when you take the trip yourself. This is a metaphor for our spiritual and intellectual journeys. Lees meer
There are three levels of understanding: devotional, intellectual, and experiential. Devotional understanding is when you put your faith in an authority—be it Christ, Buddha, or even Kevin’s travel directions. You believe because they said so. But here’s the thing: faith alone isn’t enough. You need to verify, to engage intellectually. Look at the map, cross-check the directions, gather insights from multiple sources. But don’t stop there.
The real transformation happens when you experience the journey. Get in the car, drive the route, face the challenges, and make it your own. This is where you truly understand, not just theoretically, but deeply and personally. And let’s be real—not everyone who starts this journey finishes it. Some get lost, some turn back, some settle along the way. But every experience, whether it leads you to Seattle or somewhere unexpected, is valuable and unique to you.
Now, here’s the call to action. I’m inviting you to enroll in the Academy. Why? Because this is where you move from intellectual and devotional understanding to actual experience. Join us for webinars, coaching calls, and community discussions. Engage with mentors, share your journey, learn from others. This is where you’ll become the best version of yourself—mastering your mind, emotions, and actions.
It’s about balance. Manifest your desires but also learn to surrender and go with the flow. Live a life of peace, harmony, joy, and love. This is what we’re here for, and this is what the Academy offers. Sign up for a…

Episode 299: Anicca (Impermanence)
31 mei 2024 · 47 min
In this enlightening podcast episode, we journey through profound spiritual teachings to uncover the wisdom of impermanence and the intricacies of manifestation. Our host delves into the Buddhist concept of the five aggregates—form, sensation, perception, mental formations, and consciousness—highlighting their ever-changing nature and how this constant flux defines our existence. By recognizing the impermanence of these aggregates, listeners are invited to question the very essence of the self and understand how attachment to these transient components leads to suffering (dukkha). Lees meer
We then explore the practice of observing life without judgment. Judgment is deeply tied to the ego, perpetuating suffering through desires and aversions. This segment emphasizes the importance of detaching from judgment and simply witnessing experiences as they unfold. By doing so, we reduce the grip of cravings and aversions, finding a path to minimize suffering. Our host draws a clear distinction between wisdom and manifestation, underscoring that while wisdom involves accepting impermanence, manifestation focuses on creating desired changes in one's life.
The episode also addresses the challenges and opportunities inherent in the manifestation process. Understanding that striving for goals can introduce a different form of suffering, our host provides practical insights on managing this suffering by bridging the gap between current and desired states. The discussion extends to the spiritual journey, touching upon reincarnation and the significance of our human experience. Whether or not one believes in reincarnation, the essence lies in making the most of our time as human beings, embracing the fullness of our journey.
Listeners are reminded of their divine nature as observers of life’s impermanence. The ultimate goal is liberation from suffering by recognizing oneself as the observer, detached from the ego and transient identities. This episode offers a balanced perspective on how…

Episode 298: Anatta (Egolessness)
24 mei 2024 · 43 min
Language shapes our perception of reality and keeps us within a limited framework. By constantly using the word "I", we reinforce the illusion of a separate self. Some Buddhist or Hindu monks avoid using "I", saying "your monastery" instead of "my monastery" to emphasize that everything belongs to everyone. This practice challenges the notion of ownership and self-identity. Lees meer
Feelings, like thoughts, are patterns of conditioning. They are not who we truly are but rather responses shaped by our past experiences. Our goal in the academy is to liberate ourselves both consciously and unconsciously. Conscious liberation involves understanding our thought patterns, while unconscious liberation involves recognizing the processes we aren't fully aware of, like our heartbeat or breath. These processes are automatic and reflect a deeper level of existence that we want to be in touch with.
Suffering arises when we identify with our feelings and thoughts, thinking they belong to us. We crave good feelings and avoid bad ones, which keeps us trapped in a cycle of desire and aversion. To free ourselves, we must detach from these feelings and thoughts, recognizing them as temporary and conditioned.
Our sense of "I" is made up of five aggregates: the physical body and four mental states—cognition, recognition, sensation, and reaction. The body is ever-changing and not a permanent self. Similarly, our mental states are impermanent and influenced by our conditioning.
Cognition is the direct experience, the neutral opening of a window to the world. Recognition is the meaning we assign to these experiences. Sensation is the emotional response, and reaction is the action we take based on these feelings. None of these are the true self; they are just processes.
By observing these processes and recognizing their impermanence, we can begin to detach from the false sense of a permanent self. Changing habitual patterns, like waking up at a different time or using the opposite hand, helps …

Episode 297: Dukkha (Suffering)
15 mei 2024 · 37 min
Brothers, I want you to listen closely because what I'm about to share is something that can truly transform your life. It's a pattern I've seen over and over again, and it's critical to understand if you want to break free from suffering. Let’s talk about the four quadrants of attachment and how they govern our experience. Lees meer
When you have what you want—money, relationships, status—you're attached. You fear losing these things. This fear leads to suffering. It's a desperate clinging, a hoarding mentality that controls you. You're afraid to lose your bank account, your job, your relationship. The fear of loss is ever-present.
Now, shift to the top-right quadrant. You want something but don’t have it. This desire, this craving, eats at you. You compare yourself to others, believing your life would be better if you had more money, a better job, a loving relationship. This constant comparison and craving create immense suffering.
Let's move to the bottom-left quadrant. Here, you have what you don't want. Maybe it’s a debt, a physical condition, or a difficult relationship. You resist these realities, and this resistance breeds anger and a victim mentality. You think, "My life would be better if I didn’t have this." This aversion to what is causes deep suffering.
Finally, the bottom-right quadrant: you don't have something, and you don't want it. You're afraid of getting what you don't want—disease, financial ruin, a bad relationship. This fear of potential future problems keeps you in a state of anxiety.
Here’s the key, brothers. We've been conditioned to focus externally, to see everything through the lens of these quadrants. But there's a way out. The solution is to shift our focus internally. Understand that your thoughts and senses are external stimuli. By redirecting your consciousness inward, you can break free from these patterns of attachment.
In the academy, we teach cognitive mastery and emotional ownership to help you make this shift. By embracing the pr…

Episode 291: Lava Lamp Of Life
5 april 2024 · 41 min
Welcome, brothers, to the profound teachings of the lava lamp analogy of life. In this enlightening discourse, we delve into the timeless wisdom encapsulated within the rhythmic rise and fall of the bubbles in a lava lamp. Just as the wax in the lamp flows and morphs, so too does our existence unfold in a series of neutral events, relationships, and lessons. Lees meer
Firstly, let us explore the concept of neutrality. Picture the wax and the backdrop of the lamp – they represent the canvas upon which our life experiences unfold. Understand that each bubble, each event, holds no inherent judgment or bias. They simply arise, play their part, and subside, much like the ebb and flow of tides. Embracing this neutrality frees us from the shackles of attachment and empowers us to navigate life's twists and turns with equanimity.
Next, contemplate the notion of completion. Just as every bubble in the lava lamp reaches its pinnacle before gracefully descending, so too do our experiences, relationships, and lessons reach their natural conclusions. Instead of mourning these endings, let us rejoice in the opportunities they present for growth and renewal. For every completion heralds the dawn of a new beginning, a chance to embark upon fresh adventures and embrace the mysteries of the unknown.
And finally, ponder the cyclical nature of existence. Life, like the lava lamp, operates in cycles – constant, rhythmic, and eternal. Each bubble that bursts is swiftly replaced by another, symbolizing the perpetual motion of creation and transformation. Whether consciously or unconsciously, our actions contribute to the intricate tapestry of karma, shaping our experiences and propelling us ever forward on our spiritual journey.
In essence, the lava lamp analogy of life offers us profound insights into the nature of existence – its neutrality, its completion, and its cyclical rhythm. By embracing these teachings, we can cultivate a deeper sense of peace, understanding, and alignment with the d…

Episode 290: Does Environment Matter?
29 maart 2024 · 31 min
Does environment really matter? Lees meer
This question, sparked by discussions in our group coaching sessions and academy, digs deep into the relationship between our surroundings and our state of being. As we navigate through this inquiry, we're challenged to redefine our understanding of environment beyond mere physical spaces.
You see, it's not just about where we are geographically or who we're with—it's about the energetic dance between our physical presence and the cosmic forces that shape our reality. We're talking about the interplay of material and spiritual energies that influence our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
To unravel this cosmic conundrum, we first explore the concept of the "alpha state" and the "beta condition." Picture it like this: the alpha state is the actor playing the role, while the beta condition is the role itself. Neither is inherently good or bad; they simply exist within the grand theater of life.
Now, back to the question at hand: Does environment affect our alpha and beta states? Well, it's a bit of a paradox. On one hand, yes, our physical surroundings—the people, places, and situations—can influence our state of being. For instance, being in nature might evoke feelings of peace and connectedness, while a bustling cityscape might trigger stress and agitation.
But here's where it gets juicy: our environment isn't just limited to the tangible world around us. It's also influenced by the cosmic currents of the universe—the ever-shifting energies of the cosmos that swirl around us, shaping our reality in ways we can't even fathom.
So, when we ask whether environment matters, we're not just talking about the here and now. We're talking about the infinite dance of energy and consciousness that permeates every aspect of our existence.
In the end, it's not about finding a definitive answer—it's about embracing the journey of exploration and self-discovery. So, fellow truth-seekers, join me as we embark on a quest to unlock the mysteries …
